As many pointed out, the customer service at this location is terrible, I'm okay acknowledging my own mistakes (like arriving late to grab my pick up), what I'm not okay is with the awful attitude these employees talk to you when they say it, she told me she threw away my pizza to the trash in a rude tone, handed me my void, and walked away. I don't recommend this location.

We have been coming here a long time but tonight was awful. We felt the employee was rude to us. We had a big order of multiple pizzas (for my daughters Christmas party) and crazy bread. Never before did we order a crazy bread and have to pay for the sauce. But apparently tonight we told we needed to order a crazy bread combo if we wanted red sauce. There is no crazy bread combo option on the web application. So if things have changed and that is the way things are done then the employee should have explained it instead of making us feel stupid for not knowing.That was the icing on the cake not the only issue.

WOW ! I just ate a pepperoni pizza with cheese bread and garlic wings everything was delicious hot and fresh better than Papa John’s , Pizza Hut , and Domino’s pizza . Great job little Caesars. They have really stepped up their game . I won’t post a picture but me and my family devoured everything in less than 5 minutes stand outside at the car lol !

Came to the store stood in the lobby for 10 minutes as 3 employees walk past me and said absolutely nothing to me when they finally came over they were very rude not friendly at all. Which I could give 0

I’m posting mainly in hopes that the restaurant sees this and will make some changes. This store is conveniently close and cheap, nice for dinner when I don’t feel like cooking. However I only like the deep dish pizza/cheesy bread. And it’s almost always half raw in the middle. I have called and it was still raw the next time. very noticeably not cooked dough. And a co worker of mine also pointed it out with their lunch special pizza. I told her to call because my hope is maybe they will cook them longer so they aren’t raw… however I’m still noticing it. Today the cheezy breadsticks were raw dough in the middle pieces. Besides that I have no complaints! But it’s super gross and you can get sick from it…

Fast, fresh, nice and friendly employees. Food was hot and made fresh, only took about 10 minutes and we ordered 6 pizzas.
Ordered the special with pineapple Pepsi. Arrived to pickup and the guy was unfriendly. Tossing pizzas around like he didn't care about anything. Handed me mine and said they don't have the Pepsi special. Said it was out of his control. Would have been nice if they let us know.

There are two misaligned chairs to sit and wait for food in, that ends up making people stand for there orders in a mismanaged waiting area. Their is usually a rather large and useless counter person who can do no better than tell you your items are ready in a locker like it’s a Walmart pickup and can’t be bothered to check the order or name. Been here for both personal and delivery job and they have yet to get an order right. And we’ll the food isn’t anything to brag about it’s cheeeeap pizza
