I ordered a pizza yesterday afternoon. We added additional toppings neither of which was put on the pizza. The pizza looked like a 10 year old cut the pizza. I called the restaurant. I spoke to the assistant manager and she was argumentative telling me she made the pizza herself and it was made perfectly. After back and forth she said to bring it back and prove it and they'll remake it. When I took the pizza back I asked for the owner's information in order to send an email about the experience. She told me that there is no owner - I asked her who was her boss - she said she doesn't have one. So I guess she signs her own paycheck. Eventually the general manager came over and took over. He had a completely different demeanor. He apologized for the situation after seeing how bad the pizza was - he ended up refunding our money. I understand its only a pizza however it was almost $28 and I would have expected a better product, better service and treated differently especially from the assistant manager. She is supposed to set a good example for the other workers who she manages. Which she failed at miserablely.

The lunch special of two slices of cheese pizza and a fountain drink is less than $7 if you pay cash. The pizza is super cheesy and served hot!
We ducked in for a quick lunch and it was really good. The food was great and the service was excellent. My cheesesteak was excellent and my wife ordered a salad which was good and quite large.

The place doesn’t have enough staff. Food is the same as other locations, but they’re short staffed for a sit down restaurant.I always get a NY style pizza, but the crust isn’t like any NY style pizza I’ve gotten. It’s thin, but it’s almost like it’s deep fried. I can’t really describe it. It’s similar to the crust in a pan pizza but thin. Over all, I enjoy the taste of their pizzas, but I wouldn’t say it’s NY style.One day, I’ll try something else, but I’ve only ever gotten pizza at their different locations.

I got delivery the fries were not hot. I had hair on my chicken wrap on both side didn’t even finish eating it. The food wasn’t good either. I also tipped the driver. Never order here again
Pizza is not the best I think Pats is better and cheaper.Subs are fantastic though.
