This is definitely my neighbor Starbies! They never disappoint when it comes to making my crazy drinks, and they always remain so courteous. Don't go elsewhere!!

I got to the drive thru and started my order and the girl taking the order attitude was horrible. First she rush me on my order then when I got to the window I added one more item and she just get and me an attitude. When I ask for her name to file a complaint they refuse to give it to me. On top of that when the “manager” who supposedly was on a break his statement was ( well you should. It be ordering at the window). Worst service ever!!! It I zero start was an option I would give them zero start.

Joe needs to work on his customer service and smart mouth.

Why must I wait 10 minutes for a sandwich & a drink when Im the only guest in line and I counted 5 staff working at 10:38am?

Here’s why: Joe told me he made a mess and I needed to wait for him to clean it up. So my drank sat there melting.

Sandwich was delicious as always, drink was watery.

Libby was clean, good atmosphere.

I ordered Iced tropical Citrus. However, I received my drink with very different looking than picture. Also, it supposed to be $5.75 for Venti. However, they charged $6.95. I asked the manager and she said I ordered Frozen instead of iced so different beverage. As you can see this picture, they made iced not Frozen. I showed her my drink and without saying sorry, so which one do you want, iced or frozen. I said Iced and refund $1.20. So she refunded. I dont want to come here anymore.
