Placed an order through the phone for a basic chicken meal & Jamaican Patties. When I got there for pickup around 7pm, the food was not ready so the only worker in the restaurant had to re-ask what I’d ordered.After that, when I tried to redeem a Groupon, the guy was confused and had to call the manager/store owner after asking me to confirm with Groupon.I guess they thought I was trying to rip them off, since after a long wait they declined to accept the Groupon and instead offered me a 5$ discount if I paid (again) upfront. At this point more than 30 min had passed since I entered the restaurant after I’d already called to order. Needless to say I decided against repaying for the food and left without getting anything, and got my refund by canceling the purchase.Seeing how the Groupon is still listed with positive ratings, I’m guessing the other 2 locations actually honored the deal and gave good service. Too bad this restaurant’s service isn’t one of them.

J*** chicken was almost tasteless and very dry. Cabbage was tasteless, my simple requests were not followed. Food was cold. .I don't know how long they recycled my meal, it tasted very old. Not fresh at all and was very obvious! Never again!

If there was an option for zero stars I would have rated it zero. I ordered my food online through delivery.com. I got to the restaurant and waited about 10 minutes before someone came to attend to me, then I was told they didn't have my order, I tried to show them my confirmation email but the guy was so rude he didn't even want to look at it. I asked if I could cancel and he told me he couldn't do that. Long story short, very terrible customer service. Never going back there!!

I've never had a worse Jamaican meal. I can cook better than that. I ordered a brown stew snapper. There was nothing brown stew about it. It was red and tasted like tomato sauce, ketchup, and no browning. Served with crunchy rice & peas. Like the rice wasn't even cooked all the way. It tasted so bad that I couldn't even eat it, I had to throw it out. A $20 meal in the trash, I was still hungry and absolutely disgusted. This isn't my first time to this restaurant, but it will be my last.

Worst place to get Caribbean food this was my second horrible left experience. It was around 5pm I ordered dubbles the bara was hard and curry was the worse. Instead of saying you have something say you don't have it and not serve reheated dubbles. Was unable to eat it. Will never purchase anything from this establishment again.

Went to this restaurant for some beef patties and the gentleman there sold me dry, flaky and burnt patties that tasted like they were a couple of days old. Did not take them back because I was heading to work. Really disappointed, will never go there again!
Prices are wrong. It says 2 doubles for 5. 1 double is for $4.00. Can’t even taste the tamarind sauce

BEST CARIBBEAN FOOD IN DMV. Honestly I'm obsessed, my family is from Trinidad and I've never had a place in md that tasted more authentic than this. Roti is perfection. recommended!!!!

Tried this place for the first time. Someone gave a rave review on Facebook. We had the j*** chicken wings and the dark meat curry chicken roti with channa. I must say that the food was flavorful and the portion size was outrageous. I've been looking for a place that serves true roti and I think I found the right place. I will be back to try some other favorites.
