I wish I could give them zero. Staffs are very rude, never smile or thank you customer. I know you get minimum wage but at lease love what you are doing, Management should get in charge for that rude behavior.

Sloppy service - My clumpy rice bowl was swamped with sour cream which made a hot meal cold. The exterior of my fountain soda was given to me messy. It had soda along the exterior sides of the cup. The server seemed upset that I wanted another cup. Just pass on this. No quality controls. There are plenty of options at the mall.

If I could give zero stars I would. Was in line to place an order. Worker, dropped some chicken on counter. In stead of wipe chicken in grease. He put chicken bag in dish they use to service good out . I told him that gross and dirty he just laugh. Not sure who manager is, but you need train your nasty employees. That's good contamination.

Not all staff members were wearing face masks. Shame.There was no plastic barrier to prevent the spread of COVD. Shame. Customer service is nonexistent. I ordered online and paid and went to pick up the food. The manager said "I don't understand. Can you explain it to me?" Um. I paid and I'm here to pick up. It's too bad that receipts don't have order numbers like at McDonald's and you have to give a name. Not everyone in the US has an English name. There is no courtesy or greeting for customers.

Very bad customer service the employees don't try to help you because they are busy but everyone is busy in they work I am a nurse I know about busy but I treat all my patients with respect. Chipotle do your training please.

I was pretty hungry so I bought some Chipotle, I ordered a quesadilla with black beans and brown rice with chips and salsa. The rice was absolutely PERFECT I can't say one bad thing about it. The chips also had a good salt to lime ratio too, and the beans were better than usual, And the quesadilla was great too. I finished everything in a breeze. overall I give it a 5/5
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE HERE!!! I ordered online for my younger sibling to pick up at 6pm. When she arrived, she said she had an online order to pick up. The employees hadn't even made my order yet and made my sister write down my whole order. They made her wait an extra 15 minutes and were extremely rude. And if it couldn't get worse, they got my order wrong! I feel deeply disrespected by this establishment and will DEFINITELY not be coming back any time soon.

Every last person was rude I had ordered a burrito and the lady had guacamole on her hand trying to wrap my burrito. I nicely told her to change her gloves and she caught an attitude but she changed her gloves and then she wrapped my burrito but it was falling apart I asked her can I have an extra tortilla on the side she told me 27cents I come here all the time I never get charged extra!!!! I was willing to pay but the Al cashier Maria started to be rude telling me I need to pay right now! The employees are disgusting and ibwill never come back!
