If you want to wait 15 minutes for your coffee or get belittled by the flamboyant manager go here. This location used to be good but lately with that manager there it's gone downhill. The decaf is inconsistent- sometimes the cream curdles in it, sometimes it tastes like water, sometimes it tastes like the midnight roast. I have been coming here for years and this shop has only gotten better. There may be a short line when you arrive, but when it is your turn they will take the extra ten seconds to make sure you are content with your experience. This is what Dunks should be

Went in as a family of 5 tonight. All got cones. Javon was so thoughtful. He was happy to share his opinion of various flavors with us. He recommended the coffee chocolate chip. It was delicious. He made our stop for ice cream fun.
