The cake is amazing and the baked goods are so fabulously delicious and they look great! The chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream are a family fave. The sticky buns that are only made on weekends are my favorite in the area. The cookies are just the right level of chewy and crunchy. I go to every bakery in the area and this has become my go to in Bethesda. This high quality bakery really makes a memorable moment better. You won’t regret going.

I worked with Fancy Cakes by Leslie for my wedding last May. It was such a smooth and easy process, and they were extremely responsive. If you're not won over during the cake sampling part, I can't help you. There are so many options to choose from and they have a beautiful gallery if you're unsure of what design you want. This review is long overdue - my sister got married in October and I threw a bridal shower for her in September. She loves "Steel Magnolias" and has always wanted an Armadillo Cake for her bridal shower. As you can see from the pictures, Fancy Cakes by Leslie did a beautiful job, and the cake was delicious.
