I requested gluten free options and was told the cauliflower risotto was on the menu and that it came with a side. I requested the asparagus with my meal and seated myself. When I tried my meal, the risotto was super salty and the asparagus came with zucchini and couscous ( not gluten free) I had already complained about the risotto but was really upset about the side also being ruined. The girl at the front taking orders didn’t really seem to care at all about her job. When I mentioned something about the risotto to someone, that was replaced with the Mac and cheese. That was pretty goood.

Recently dined at this healthier options establishment and found the food to be quite good. Ordering was straightforward and the staff were helpful. However, I was a bit surprised with the portion sizes as they were smaller than I expected. In terms of value, I would say it's average considering the quality of ingredients used, but expected slightly larger portions for the price. Place is located in a shopping plaza, plenty of parking and even outdoor seating if desired.

I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. Today, I stopped by for lunch and ordered two meals, and a dessert which were $40. The turkey avocado salad was good, but some of the greens were not fresh. The sweet potato fries were dry, cold, and the Brussels sprouts were not seasoned. The service was sub par, as the server never came back to check on me. The lemon cake was the best thing I had. Overall, the food and service were just okay and I don’t plan on visiting again.

Flower Child is the perfect casual cute restaurant with healthy delicious food. I feel so good every time I eat here, which makes me keep coming back for more. I usually opt for the 3 vegetarian sides choice, with my go-to’s being the cauliflower risotto, smashed gold potato, and roasted broccoli. They’re all so flavorful and yummy! The glow bowl is also great too, but I haven’t seen it on the menu lately. This location has indoor and outdoor seating, and a parking lot. It’s one of my comfort places!

Flower child is so yummy. So I got the salmon bowl with Mac and cheese and smashed potatoes. Always my go to! Service is always on point or at least for curbside :). Whenever I eat FC, I don't feel heavy, groggy, and stuffed after eating everything. Super good that I signed up for their rewards via app. lol. Wish it was closer but it'll do. Definitely going back here again. Thanks flower child!

I could never manage to get the Yaki noodles with Tofu LESS spicy. Maybe it's already prepared a certain way. I switched to other dishes and they were all delicious. Mediterranean Kabob, Salad that comes with Sesame Ginger dressing and Mother Earth. All delicious!
