This pizza is one of the BEST ever. The sauce ,cheese ,and dough is so scrumptious. Last Friday was my first time here ( we ordered take out ).First of all i love the fact it's in a gate community with security. The ambiance is warm and welcoming. The staff here are so nice ( I think a guy who appeared to be chef even checked on me) . i cant wait for me and hubby to dine in !Don't change a thing. You all Rock❤️

Clean and friendly upscale atmosphere. This place serves top quality food. The pizza is made with fresh ingredients and amazing cheese. The sauce was great and you can taste the freshness even in the salad.

I placed an order, for my experience at Chef Tonys in the past was quite good but couldn't be more unhappy with the service and delivery of his hemi pizzas on this evening. My order was incomplete, cold and every number to call ended up either hing up on or without response. So so unfortunate and infuriating. In an age where restaurants are struggling, to make it this easy to look elsewhere seems counterproductive.

Very buttery, heavy, soft and crispy Detroit style pizza. But oh my god, getting here is a trip. This place is in the back of a private apartment complex where you have to go through a security gate, drive in circles, then roam through a maze of hallways with no signs or any indication there's a pizza place anywhere. It's honestly totally bizarre. I had to call the place multiple times to find where they were, and even the concierge at the apartment complex had never heard of this place. I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone.

I ordered a delivery and the Hemi pizza was well made with quality ingredients. My only negative was the sauce was way too salty, to the point that it overwhelmed any tomato flavor. I’ve only had this pizza once, so maybe it was a one time thing.

Food is good but the portions are getting smaller. Ordered the pasta and shrimp dinner, only 3 shrimp, got the mussels appetizer and only 8 mussels. They skimp on the seafood ?
What a meal! Eathan was amazing and very knowledgeable of the menu and The Promenade itself. Food was exceptional and very fresh; extremely flavorful and cooked to perfection! Vegetables vibrant and had crunch, fish cooked expertly and sublime in seasoning. Chef Tohy called us the day after to thank us for coming to spend time with them and hoped we would return. Who does that?! I told him he could count on it next time I was in town! OUTSTANDING!!

We had takeout from the Rockville location, which is inside the new Chef Tony restaurant. First time we've had Detroit style so don't know if legit, but it was really good pizza! Got the Garden Harvest and the Detroiter. Garden Harvest has better toppings than the traditional blah veggie pizzas. Crust on both pizzas had nice crisp bottom and was thick and chewy. Lots of toppings and gooey cheese. Very good flavors. I'm glad we found Hemi and will keep them on our pizza list!

When Hemi makes pizza the right way, it's great. Unfortunately it's really inconsistent. Today both our Original and Cupper came without sauce on top. There was a small cup of sauce inside the box, but not enough to recreate the two "stripes" that are normally there. We've had other times where there was almost no cheese. Again, when they make it right, it is fantastic. They just need more consistency with the product.

Chef Tony helped me to coordinate a large surprise party at his restaurant. He designed a smaller per person menu and accommodated several substitution requests within our predetermined budged. Even on a Saturday night we were not made to pay a “buy out” fee that most other restaurants required. He answered every question I had and made suggestions to improve the flow of the party. He responded promptly to all emails, even corresponding several times a day. The contract was clear and exactly what we had discussed. Even after signing, Chef Tony made changes per my request and literally went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we wanted. If you are considering a party at this establishment, do it! The owner handles all the details and puts his personal touch on everything. You can tell he loves what he does and it shows in his professionalism & attentiveness to his customers. 10/10 for Chef Tony, could not recommend this place more!!
