“Literally my favorite Starbucks to patronize. The service has improved over the last year and is the best I've had at a Starbucks. The drive thru is typically quick (for a Starbucks) even with a long line. I'm giving this location 5 stars for the customer service. There are several baristas who often go above and beyond with their customer service. Even the less "friendly" baristas provide better customer service than the best baristas at most local locations. There is one young man in particular (do not know his name but he is brown skinned with reddish hair) who is exceptional and should be a manger (at the very least. I honestly believe corporate should hire him to train employees on exceptional customer service) . There is a Starbucks in my local Safeway 2 minutes from my house and I will drive the 10 minutes up 301 simply for the the service.“
“This place is so fun if you love a variety of Asian foods, and this evening I happened to walk in on a fantastic live jazz band playing by the bar. Last time, we had Korean tacos and tempura, this time I’m having croffles, miso soup, and spaghetti. (I know it’s weird but it’s all so delicious)“

“As a single mother I was having a troubled cold morning with a sick toddler. From the moment I walked in; although busy with inventory CeCe acknowledged me and had me wait on another associate from the back. With urgency Tay arrives and had the best attitude! Offered menu items and very patient. The most important thing is he made my sick daughter smile. He made her feel welcomed. And even gave mom her props as well. Destiny made the best drinks for me and baby girl and smiled the entire time with great conversation. She was the first to greet us walking in. This type of service is important. “Such an amazing place. You can smell the delicious food from the parking lot, the employees are the absolute best great customer service and good conversation. Food is the best I've had in years and I was literally fighting back tears . I ordered food to go because food that good needs to be shared.
