This was my first and LAST experience with Piano Keys, When I arrived my bag was checked along with my ID (wonderful) I felt safe, when I entered (no hello, no smile), that set the tone for me! I gave my ticket for the show to the young lady at the front desk she scanned it, I then explained I was waiting on my sister in law who was arriving from Bowie, and I had her ticket as well, she seated me near the arrival center, the air was too much for me to handle, the server came...read full review

I went for the first time, and the food was good, just a little under seasoned. The atmosphere was really good. My biggest challenge was the sevice. There were 10 of us, and the young lady (while doing her best) brought our food out one at a time, at least 10-15 minutes apart. We only ordered appetizers and salads. Be time the last person received their meal we were ready to go. I plan to go again and give them another try.
