All I wanted was a hug and go on my way and it cost me $20, if I had known I would’ve just text her. Hugs are free. The surprise look on her face is free loving my family is free but it cost me $20 for three minutes. glad I don’t live here anymore. Won’t be coming back. Wish y’all may just assist. Oh the Security Lady was on point with a pleasant attitude. But lady that was collecting the money needs to be a lil more humbler when I told her I was just there to surprise my Cousin and I didn’t know it was a fee she sorry you’re not getting your money back. “I have visited this establishment on several occasions and it is my family's go-to spot for a great seafood meal. However, on December 31st, we called to find out the hours for dining in because we would be traveling about 45 minutes to get there. We were told that dine-in was available and they closed at 10pm. After arriving, the "hostess" says that they were only doing delivery and pickups!! I explained to her that we called before arriving and asked to speak with the manager. After waiting a few minutes for the manager, her CO-WORKER came out and said that we had 15 minutes before the kitchen closed but they were only doing fried foods (no seafood boils). We asked AGAIN for the manager and they said the manager stepped out!!! First of all, who is running this place, and who's doing the hiring? The staff is rude, disrespectful, inattentive, unbothered, and unconcerned about the customers that visit this establishment. Secondly, when is it ok to not have a manager on-site of a food service organization. None of this is acceptable especially when people were there, DINING IN!!!“
“flavors were amazing but the crab legs on the tray was small. it was my sons birthday and he didn't get What he wanted. but again the flavors were amazing. would definitely order again just a different tray Mac and cheese was delicious“
“One of my favorite restaurants. I have never been disappointed. The steaks (served with sauce on the side) are perfectly cooked and flavorful. On my recent visit, I ordered the crab chowder, house salad, lamb chops, crab cakes and baked potato. Everything was delicious and the portion size more than I could eat. The staff and service were excellent. I highly recommend this place.“
“I want to start by saying, this is a very clean establishment. Staff is very friendly and they show you, your food before you leave. Everything is fresh and cooked to order. You can request, to have your food, lightly seasoned or a lot of seasoning. I recommend the Jumbo shrimp!!! Not like most carry-outs, it’s cooked fresh, not frozen, and absolutely delicious. The shrimp fried rice is loaded with shrimp!! I highly recommend, This is Seafood!!! You won’t be disappointed!! I will be visiting again, I want to try the seafood boil.“
