“It was Saturday at 7:00pm, so we expected a wait, but the hostess stand messed up and what should have been 40 minutes turned to 70. Once we were seated the server was great and the food came out quickly and cooked correctly. The gaggle at the hostess stand needs training and supervision though.Parking: It's one way in, one way out. Pay attention or you'll mess it up for the dozens of people who have to work around you!“
“Red Tigers is so good, so consistent, and fairly priced that I find myself ordering takeout two, sometimes three times a week. It's easily my favorite takeout kitchen of all time. The staff are so incredibly friendly and have gotten to know my wife as a regular. They sincerely care about their customers and their food. I would recommend Red Tigers to anybody - even if you're not certain if you love Korean cuisine, they have plenty of westernized options you can start with to ease your way into it.“
“I had channa saag and roti and it was a large portion size. The roti was very nice and dry, just the way I had asked for it and the food was not oily. It was delicious. The service was quick, the owner and other staff were very friendly and the atmosphere there was cool. I'm sure the rest of the food must be just as good.“
“We stopped here a couple times for lunch on the way back from Rockville in late 2020. Very good pit beef, pit turkey, and sauces. The fries are pretty good too. It gets busy at lunch, so keep that in mind. Pay no attention that it's right next door to the Gold Club. LOL, they have "pit beef" too, ya know? Ayo!“
“My husband and I visited this restaurant for the first time today and all I can say is the food was so delicious. It exceeded our expectations. Being from the south, it is hard to find food that reminds me of home but today we tasted a little bit of home. This bought so much joy to my heart. The owner and chef were awesome. Trust me you have not tasted food like this. The smothered turkey wings and barbecue chicken are our recommendations.“
“This is my third visit and it's really good. The first 2 visits were 5/5. Today, 4/5. The poke is delicious. Slightly more expensive than other spots, but good quality and tasty. Portions are very good. The first 2 times getting the kalua pork, it blew me away. Amazing flavor and juiciness. Today, the bottom of the scoop had more flavor than the top. The top was somewhat dry and lacked flavor, but the flavor grew as I dug in. It was a little strange. Previously, the white rice also had a delicious flavor to it. Today, there was no seasoning. Just plain white rice. I craved soy sauce or something to put on it. On the contrary, the macaroni salad usually was lacking flavor, but today it was knock-your-socks off great! The chicken katsu was perfection. Hot, crispy, juicy chicken and the katsu sauce really rescued the white rice and pork. If I could take the perfect foods from my first 2 visits and mix them with the perfect ones today, I would be here once a week.“
“So, I was looking for a legit Karachi level desi resturant in the DMV area and nothing would come close to Desi Bethak until I came across this spot. This resturant is a blessing for us folks, living in Maryland who dont want to drive all the way to Virginia suffering I495 just to get good food.I tried Chicken Karahi, Goat Karahi, Chicken Pulao, Seekh Kababs and Beef tawa Qeema. During my multiple visits I also got a chance to try their Halwa Puris, parathy and fried chicken. I would say they are very consistent with quality and taste. Karahis are really flavorfull. Kababs are a bit okay but Tawa qeema was out of this world! Same goes with the Pulao. Legit Pulao! Halwa puri are traditional the way they should be, tasty and flavorful. Parathas were a bit disappointing though, should skip it. Their sesame seed naans are to die for!! Loved those fresh hot naans with everything. On top of all this, their service is top notch, friendly staff, giving you a feeling of eating out by providing proper service and cutlery. I would recommend thos to all my folks in the DMV area.“
“Great BBQ! Do yourself a favor and dine here. We are from out of town or would be regulars. We got ribs and pulled pork and some sides. Everything was hot, flavorful and delicious and clearly homemade (including the signature sauces). The bbq was smoky, had a nice crust, and fall off the bone tender. Mac and cheese was fresh out of the oven and green beans were flavorful and still had some bite. The owner/server was so kind. We sat out on the hidden upstairs patio including waterfall and fairy lights. Only downside was that it was empty on a Friday night. Keep this deserving business in business!“
“We had our company holiday party here and it was so fun! Food was delicious, atmosphere comfortable and interesting. Reminds me of my parent's 70s club basement. Service was friendly. Had a drink called the Baltimore Running Man, yes! That Baltimore Running Man! We all had a great time!“
““Dad, they’ve got duck.”“Yeah, it’s cow safe.”“mmm… that looks so good.”“Dig in.”“Try the fish sticks. Yummy!”The food is good but the service is even better. Having spent time in Korea, I LOVED the food there. Slow food and slow conversation makes for a great evening, and Koho embodies that; we never feel rushed like they’re trying to “turn” the table for the next customer. Our only “ding” is the open wall by the casino; the noise from the slot machines interferes with the conversation on that wall. Just ask for a table away from the slots and you’ll be fine.[separate note - ask for Jay and/or Adrianna when you go. they ROCK the service. tell them Hal and Jack sent you. ?]“yah, we sent you.”“‘cuz we love Koho’s”“
“Quaint spot in Jacksonville. Large windows which provides natural lighting. Ample seating. Wait staff very friendly and accommodating. We had the chicken and waffles and the lobster brie omelet and mimosas. The drinks had a punch and were much appreciated (my birthday weekend). Prices are mid range. Not too crazy.Kid-friendliness: Kid menu.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs.“
“Stop by for a late night place to eat. There's a neighborhood can get sketchyThey had direct parking outside. The food service and atmosphere was absolutely fantastic.Even though it was very crowded when a late Saturday night the food came out quickly and was awesomeDefinitely worth a try“
“Every dish that is advertised is on the menu & made fresh . The customer service is on point I’m going down the menu until I’ve tried it all . I haven’t been let down yet and grab a huge slice of cake too!!Parking: The restaurant is on a corner and a bus stop is directly in front so you have to park on the side or further down.“
“This place is wonderful. That was my first visit, the employees were very nice and cordial, explained everything and gave an extra dessert because it was my first time there. They didn't need to give anything free, because the food is 10/10. I bought some spare ribs, corn cassarole, mac n cheese and fries. The spare ribs were perfect and well smoked. Corn cassarole was magnificent. Mac n cheese too. Fries were fries. The only downside I would find is that most things that I ordered were sweet, all the sauces are versions of barbecue and they were all sweet too. If you don't like sweet flavors mixing with savory, you might not like this place! But I love it, and evertyhing was very well executed for the price. 10/10 would recommend.“
“Tonight my son and I dined in your establishment. From the moment I came in I was greeted by someone who genuinely seemed happy to welcome me and take my order. My son and I ordered 2 racks and sides. The food was hot and our table was clean. The dining room attendant was sweet and even asked if we needed a Togo container. The food is good your staff is amazing! Well done to the owners for hiring excellent staff.“
