I ordered Boston creame donuts got home and you guessed no cream filling lol I don’t know if I should be mad or what! And the sandwiches tasted very old . But overall the service was okay
This place is definitely alright with me! My order was correct - versus the location by my house where they do their own thing with your coffee order. ?The restaurant was clean and I liked how they had small touches like Valentine's balloons and flowers. I couldn't get to snapping a photo of the donuts because my order was done already! Everything hot and fresh! I love when I'm really looking forward to coffee and they get it right. ??

They serve me a barely warm sandwich, I mean the cheese wasn’t even melted. They didn’t apologize when I came back to get a new one. No good customer service, nobody was accommodating enough to be sure I was satisfied. Looking to find another Dunkin that is hopefully better. Customer service is usually not great especially the drive thru
