Last Thanksgiving, I made a reservation at Matthew’s 1600 to share a healing meal with loved ones. We had all lost family members, and after losing both of my parents, I wanted to create a space where we could unite in our grief and find a little comfort together.
But the night before, I tested positive for COVID. I did the right thing and called to cancel so I wouldn’t risk anyone else’s health.

Really a lot compassion and care just read a story online about something. They did too an individual that just lost her parents last year and I’m really disheartened by the lack of compassion. These people that are in this restaurant have.
Wonderful Mother’s Day experience. The rockfish was cooked to perfection. The staff was kind and very attentive. Everyone even gave kind complements to our 84 year old grandmother! Highly recommend:)
