This is the definition of a hole in the wall place. Their pit beef, turkey and ham are awesome. The employees are friendly. I grew up getting pit beef here and continue going often. They are CASH ONLY. Prices are cheap.
I'm going to put it out there, it's a hole in the wall and it's not most visually appealing food. But it's pit beef, the food which nourishes the working class. It's not fine dining so keep your expectations low and have them surprisingly exceeded. Having lived in the Howard county area for 30 years, pioneer pit beef has stood the test of time. This place is 100% the best pit beef within a 45 min radius. Anyone who rates their food below 5 stars is a straight liar looking for attention and has NO TASTE in food..
