I love Jersey Mike’s sandwiches but this location service is horrible and I keep going back because of its convenient location but I do believe that tonight will be the last time. Tonight was bad 4 people left and I was still in there for 45 minutes, I believe that it may be a management issue but I do know that it’s getting worse. Employees have no respect for patrons time and that’s disheartening.
Terrible customer service amongst the staff and manager. They couldn't get a simple catering order correct and when I reported my issue the blame was placed back on me after spending almost $200 on an order. I will not be patronizing this branch of this establishment again.Update: The district manager contacted me, listened to my concerns, and accommodated me for the error in my order and my interaction with the manager.
