This location has the rudest employees I have ever encountered at a papa John's, and they wonder why Clinton has the reputation that it has. They were supposed to deliver two pizzas to my home, they only delivered one and then proceeded to give me the run around about refunding my order. The first boy that answered the phone lied and said the store manager's name was Robert, there is no one that works there under that name. The second one answered the phone "what do you need?" Told the manager Kia about it and she offered an insincere I'm sorry about that and proceed to act like her employees were not in the wrong. I would not recommend patronizing this location even if you're starving go to 7/11 next door.

Placed an order for pick up, phone associate said "pizza would be ready in seventeen to twenty-five minutes ". I drove to this location and was told by cashier and also cook my order was never placed.

Pizza was delivered cold. The crust was chewy and hard. And their was hardly any cheese or toppings on the pizza. A frozen pizza would have been better than this. Called the store and spoke to Ramon the manager. And he was rude. No more weekly pizza from here.

This Papa John's establishment is not the one you want to order from I order from them a cheap little delivery $25 maximum delivery and an hour and a half later my delivery never turned up after I called The Establishment they put me through to a manager that did not want to answer the phone when I called this establishment back I was met with nothing but hostility and anger so please save your money in order from somewhere different maybe a different Papa John's or a different franchise altogether

Ordered online. Tracker said our pizza was done so 5 minutes later we headed out. Stopped on the way to get cash then made our way to the store and 10 minutes later husband is still standing inside waiting with no pizza in hand. Reminiscent of Dominos who never has anyone's pizza ready on time.
