First time there and was surprised that you have to order at the window and wait in your car but wow when I saw him get the ribs off the smoker and I was called. My car smelled so good with that smokey bar b que I had to test them in the car. Best ribs in Clinton and I live across the street from a bar b que restaurant in Clinton MD. Going back to try everything
Only one cut of brisket offered (no lean brisket) or flat offered, only the point which is the fatty side of the brisket. Out of a ½ pound of brisket one-third of that is fat. Sides come in small cups twice the sides of the dipping sauce cups. The sweet potato souffle was the star of the dish and the Mac n cheese was decent. You get a solid 3 spoon fulls of a side dish.
