“First time there and was surprised that you have to order at the window and wait in your car but wow when I saw him get the ribs off the smoker and I was called. My car smelled so good with that smokey bar b que I had to test them in the car. Best ribs in Clinton and I live across the street from a bar b que restaurant in Clinton MD. Going back to try everything“

“Not too welcoming in 2024, I applied there when they first came to the neighborhood . lot of white people, then I figured out why they didn't hire me you but you never know the Pearl and the oyster. I hope they change their practices. Expeditor could manage your time a little better especially when you got gumbo and salad, and then the barbecue comes out cold. It lessens the experience of having to take it home and warm it up. But those biscuits stop me in my tracks.“
“I have tell you the manager and greeter here is bar none. We drive an extra 30 minutes to go to this location when we have one a lot closure. The customer service is unlike anywhere we have eaten dinner. We are faithful to visit bi weekly sometimes sooner.“
“Stayed simple and got the brisket sandwich combo with a side of chili. The brisket was a lot dryer/harder than I expected, I wished I got the pulled pork instead. And the chili was honestly average. I tried a bit of the mashed sweet potato side and that was excellent!This place is pretty much self serve, you go up and get the food yourself. And the decor is very country, almost as if it wasn't in the middle of the city.“
“Wanted to take the family out for a late lunch for my sons Bday and decided to stay a little closer to home, glad we made the choice to go to Firepan! We usually venture out to the Annandale area for KBBQ but this place was good! The Bonchon, the meats and drinks were all on point! Hope this place keeps up the good work!“
“The following were super yummy: 1. Brisket 2. Rib tips 3. Smoked turkey 4. BBQ sauce I’m not used to sweet collard greens. They were not bad, just not used to them. I ate them all. May not order again, but doesn’t mean I would comeback not again… maybe to try the other sides. Pickles had a sweetness to them. Not bad, but don’t look to me given I’ve never been a fan of sweetish pickles regardless of where they come from. The brisket made me happy. I would love to try the Turkey in a sandwich. The ribs tips were perfection. I purposefully saved my extra sauce because it is that yummy.“
“If you want to try a little bit of this in that I recommend the sampler. My favorite is the Brisket sandwich. The meat is so tender it melts in your mouth!!! My sides are the barbecue beans and my loaded bake potato. They have a nice menu too. If you are a vegetarian they do have different salads. So stop by and give it a try.“
