DO NOT USE THE APP TO ORDER. They couldn't fill my order and they told me I had to contact the app, which was closed, to get my money back. When I told them it was closed they told me to call tomorrow. The soda was literally hot, as they had no ice. No straw, even with the request. No chili hot sauce, even though it was requested. The staff was rude with an attitude and completely oblivious to the fact that they weren't helpful. Terrible customer service. Never again.

I’ve been coming to this location time after time hoping that they would improve but EVERYTIME my order gets worse either the food is extremely cold or the order is incorrect all the staff are rude except the manager overnight with the dreadlocks she always makes sure if something is wrong it’s fixed the guy with the LONG NAILS and blonde hair is very very rude and cares nothing about customers who pay money to this company I’m unsatisfied DO BETTER Wendy’s! Or hire people who actually wanna work

I went through the drive-thru window. The young lady was abrupt and rude. She kept cutting me off while I was ordering, and when I was requesting condiments for my food purchases. I understand people have bad days. She just seemed genuinely uninterested in being at work or providing good customer service. Although I absolutely love Wendy's. I will not be returning to this location on Woodyard Rd. I have words for this location...DO BETTER.

Every time I go here weekly to have lunch, there are never any soft drinks in the fountain machine. Only water. Employees were told each time, and it never gets refilled. Also, for dining in, they put food in to go bags and don't give you trays to eat on. And they never refill the ketchup pumps and never give you packets unless you

Slow and rude staff

First, I went through the drive thru and there were three people who took my order and I had to repeat it twice. Next, when I arrived at the window, the young lady was very nice handed me an order then asked me to pull in into one of the To Go spot and wait on my drink. Next, a gentleman comes out and asks, "did you get your food", I said yes, but not my coffee. He came back with my coffee, COLD. Trusting the store, I bit into the sandwich and it was not what I ordered. My order was incorrect totally. I proceeded to call the store and the mail box was full. Now, I'm angry.My order was a Single with Cheese no tomato and hot fries and a hot coffee. What I got was a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with two tomatoes and cold fries.I'm done

All my orders over the past days have been trash. I do not get what I pay for. It’s like because it’s Ubereats they just throw what they want in the package and sealed it up. I pay for double Dave I get 2 pieces of burger nothing else between lettuce leaves. Today there is no large fries. Every time the order gets messed up.I call the store and there is no answer. Call goes straight to voice mail with no way to leave a message because the mail box is full.

The worker taken the order was very rude.While giving our order he yelled this isn’t chick- fil-a . That was demeaning and condescending, of course we knew we weren’t at chick- fil-a. I just laughed it off but believe me I was offended at the fact he was so rude. I will never forget how we were treated.

Horrible experience! The young lady at the drive through window was very sarcastic and rude! I told her the drive through intercom wasn't working she told me to drive back around to place my order. I also ask for a receipt and was told the machine is broken. Do better Wendys the location in Waldorf Maryland is sooo much better!!!
