We arrived to find a beautiful campground. There is a staff of 80 people. The park is so clean and beautiful. They offer tours of DC and have a metro bus stop at front gate. They offer daily lectures on DC and the available attractions. The gift shop offers souvenirs at the most reasonable prices. They have 2 outdoor pools and a hot tub. There is also a Sauna. The food at the cafe is great. They will even deliver food to your campsite. They also offer a dog walking service. Marion was our dog walker. She did a tremendous job with our fur baby. I cannot say enough about our wonderful stay.

This was the nicest RV park that we have ever stayed it. It had tons of amenities, such as a pool, splash pad and a tractor ride in the evenings. The staff were friendly. There were plenty of trees for shade, and grassy areas for the dogs to play in.

We are lucky that we live 2.5 hours from Cherry Hill Park and can visit frequently. This is one of my all-time favorite campgrounds and I've been camping for 17 years. The staff is wonderful. The pool is heated and stays open late. There is an on-site cafe that serves fresh and reasonably prices meals for the times you don't feel like cooking. The campground is clean. Has workout areas for kids, adults, and dogs. The location allows easy access to the Greenbelt Metro Station and also offers a bus to and from the Metro if you don't want to drive yourself there. And the biggest perk is the proximity to Washington, DC. So much to do and see and a lot of the activities are completely free.

Family friendly RV park with clean facilities and activities for the kids. Great access to DC. We took the bus from the park to DC and it worked out great. We also used the dog walking service which great since we were in DC all day.

Good, basic pizza that's served fast and hits the spot. A little on the higher end of pricing but you do get a lot. You can have it with any toppings so long as they are either cheese, pepperoni or sausage. Parmesan and pepper flake packets available. Also some good cookies to top it off. You can also have your food delivered directly to your site for free.Kid-friendliness: The entire campgrounds is a kid-friendly location and the cafe is no exception, with an adjoining media room and arcade.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp down to the cafe entrance and powered door.

We stayed here on our way to our Florida trip for 1 night. We arrived on a cold, rainy evening and setup for an overnight. We did not use any amenities except the dog park which was fine along with a short trail thru the woods to the park. Office staff were very nice. We would stay again if needed but the rates are very high, I guess because of its proximity to DC. We did see folks getting off a shuttle that is provided to DC.

Great amenities, however, right off major highways, and very noisy. At times, we had to yell to hear each other. It's obvious the campground was here before all development. Campground is beautiful and immaculate. If you can handle highway noise, you won't be disappointed.

I was very impressed with the attention to detail this campground has. The sites are well maintained. The laundry room is well equipped. The sitting area by he laundry room is comfortable with nice big screen tv and aquariums. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Landscaping is pretty. I highly recommend this campground.

Yesterday, we arrived by check-in time, well in time for the staff to have given all the info we needed. By 8:00 pm we went into the camper to unwind w a little tv entertainment. The staffer who came over to help about 9:30 pm said the campground had changed the internet server. Him a text he gave us a number in central time zone and said they’d ask for info, then connect us to the internet. The call resulted in a vm that said they’d be in 8:00A to 5P the next day. Be sure the front desk staff give all the info u need.

This is a fantastic campground with easy access to the train to DC. This allowed us to park and ride without having to fight the traffic in DC. The campground is extremely appealing and well landscaped. They have full time security, and you are greeted with a beautiful water feature. The sites are all level and easy to access. I was very surprised that they do not provide an escort to your site. I saw several campers get confused and go down the wrong direction in campground. They have a cafe on site and well stocked store which we did not use. However I can not brag enough about the night tour of memorial offered by the campground. It was the best tour that we have ever taken and it was amazing to see the memorials at night. We will certainly recommend and stay again some day.

We stayed here for three days had a wonderful time. The park is clean and well maintained. The person who does the daily sessions on transportation is fantastic and was so helpful with directions......will stay here again.

One of the best campgrounds we’ve ever been to! Very clean and well organized, so many amenities, and excellent features like the bus, mini golf on site, and a dog walking service (which we used twice and it was reliable!). The office was very helpful and the store was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was an easy Metro ride into DC so a perfect location for tourists. There isn't much to see or do in the area around the campground, nor are there many good restaurants - but we were here to go into DC so that was ok! The laundry room was great, all machines were working and no issues. We will definitely be back the next time we're in this area... Highly recommend this campground for anyone visiting the DC area.

We’ve stayed here several times just for the night passing through while we’re coming home from the south. This RV park is really beautiful. It’s very well-kept and very well-maintained. They have beautiful amenities, a beautiful pool area, and a Great café and store. We will definitely come back to this campground and I would recommend anybody who needs to stay in the area to come here.

Stayed here for a couple days to take in a Nationals baseball game and a tour of downtown DC. We drove our truck to the metro station and left it there when we went downtown. Parking at the metro station was free (weekend) and it was approximately a 12 minute ride from the campground. As far as the campground goes, probably the best curb appeal of any campground we’ve been to! Very friendly staff with employees everywhere working. We definitely recommend staying there and would definitely go back. Went into the bathhouse briefly and it was spotless. Stayed in the back-in sites right near the main entrance. Sites are a little close to one another, but not on top of each other by any means. Another plus for the campground was the proximity to a shopping center…it was about 10 minutes away. Great location
