My recent experience at Cold Stone Creamery left me deeply disappointed and frustrated with the level of service provided. It's evident that the management's disregard for their employees and customers has created a toxic work environment that ultimately impacts the quality of service.One of the most glaring issues is the severe lack of staff, especially during peak hours in the evening. It's absurd to expect only three extremely young-looking college students to handle a rush of customers that extends out the door. This staffing shortage reflects poorly on the management's ability to adequately support their team and meet the demands of the business.The indifference towards customer satisfaction is evident in the disorganized and chaotic atmosphere of the store. Despite placing an online order, it was not ready upon arrival. The sight of only three young employees struggling to keep up with the overwhelming demand explains why orders are delayed and customers are left waiting.The absence of effective leadership is concerning. It's unclear where the manager is during these chaotic times, and the lack of adult supervision further exacerbates the problem. Retraining the manager and investing in proper staffing levels should be a priority to improve the overall experience for both employees and customers.As a long-time customer, it's disheartening to witness the decline of this once-reliable establishment. I strongly advise against visiting Cold Stone Creamery if you value timely service and a pleasant customer experience. It's evident that the current management is failing to address the fundamental issues plaguing this location, and until significant improvements are made, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

It is too small to accommodate multiple customers. Ceiling fan causes a strobe effect with the lights. Some random residue from a different add-in was in my daughter's ice cream, and the employee just shrugged it off like food allergies and cross-contamination don't exist.

We ordered on UberEats from this location. They put a small (like it) in a medium (love it) cup when we ordered a love it. Ubereats said this doesn’t qualify for a refund. Trifling all around.

Horrible experience did a mobile order pickup and actually waited to the expected time to show up. The girl think named was Victoria she was young that was working and completely ignored me. She was talking to one of her friends. I waited like 10 mins i said excuse me and all she ignored myself and friend. She waited till she saw a man come in and ask are you picking up? To him and i had to interject like i been waiting. Her and the guy just then started my friend and i's order. Totally disgusted by the lack of acknowledgment and treatment. Then when i called a different day to speak to a manager they said they was gonna send me something for my treatment via email and never did. Do not waste your time going here they are rude.

I love Coldstone but will never come back to this location.I ordered online, I got a Gotta Have It chocolate devotion with DOUBLE yellow cake added…almost $12 which is perfectly fine…What is not okay is the fact that I was given the Love it size and when I went in to ask for the size I paid for, the young lady behind the counter with the long ponytail decided she would just put a scoop of regular chocolate on top of the love it size to make it Gotta Have it instead of remixing and making the correct size. When I let her know that was unacceptable and I expected all the mix ins she got an attitude and told me that the mix ins are the same size for all the sizes which makes no sense…I let her know I wasn’t okay with it and she begrudgingly made it correctly and added the mixins for the size I PAID for…she then proceeded to give me the container with ice cream all over it with no napkins until I asked for them… I’m truly upset because I shouldn’t have to deal with a poor attitude for asking for what I paid for!

Good store! Their smoothies are really good but their "Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip" speciality ice cream is a little too sweet for my taste. The workers were pretty nice but they didn't say much (not that that's a bad thing). Overall I would probably go again, but just get a different menu item.
Ok I should’ve looked at the reviews before going here but my aunt likes this location, I went? so it’s busy. They let this ?? woman order when she wasn’t next in line was an ?..let it go..so this Indian girl took her order..she was acting a little funny at first ?let it go…Indian guy says “next in line” me duh ? so I tell him the size of cup and he asks me the size again so I say it again then the tall black girl with braids and swirly edges says the girl that took my aunt’s order is gonna help me. I knew they didn’t communicate that to her but w/e..so I’m waiting and others are beings helped. I gotta wait until my aunt’s order is done and paid for before they got to me. My aunt had to tell her to do my order. At this time I don’t want to order. I didn’t want to spend my money there with that incompetent staff. My aunt was the one that convinced me to get my ice cream. I got it but she did my order incorrectly. Not coming back ever. Do not spent your money at a place that passes you around and acts like they don’t understand you. Vista gardens location and when they were at the largo blvd treats me way better and knows how to handle large crowds. Laurel is not exempt from bad customer service. It’s bad everywhere now. This was the staff on 5/27/23 6:30pm. Believe bad comments.

They’re charging for toppings now. I paid $1.09 for one single Oreo. I also told the girl that I wanted mini chocolate chips 3 times and she still got it wrong, put sprinkles in instead. I feel completely ripped off, not worth the price anymore.

Delicious ice cream and lots of toppings options. It’s great that they have a dairy free option with silk chocolate ice cream but having a second option with vanilla would also be nice. Friendly staff, quick service.

I was privilege enough to receive guidance from the worker Hany, who helped tremendously with step-by-step directions and demonstrated extreme patience. I've never ordered a birthday cake online before but I couldn't have found a better worker to guide me through the process.
