I love Coldstone but will never come back to this location.I ordered online, I got a Gotta Have It chocolate devotion with DOUBLE yellow cake added…almost $12 which is perfectly fine…What is not okay is the fact that I was given the Love it size and when I went in to ask for the size I paid for, the young lady behind the counter with the long ponytail decided she would just put a scoop of regular chocolate on top of the love it size to make it Gotta Have it instead of remixing...read full review
Good store! Their smoothies are really good but their "Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip" speciality ice cream is a little too sweet for my taste. The workers were pretty nice but they didn't say much (not that that's a bad thing). Overall I would probably go again, but just get a different menu item.

It is too small to accommodate multiple customers. Ceiling fan causes a strobe effect with the lights. Some random residue from a different add-in was in my daughter's ice cream, and the employee just shrugged it off like food allergies and cross-contamination don't exist.
