So I recently ordered from the college park location. Granted this was my second time. For some reason, I walked in and the cashier wasn’t friendly at all, you would think I came in yelling or disturbing the peace. Anywho I digress, he asked me for my name for the order and then proceeded to bring the order up front.Order was secured, but to be honest the cookies tasted stale and under cooked. Delicious cookies and ice cream, great customer service!Nothing better than warm cookies fresh out of the oven! I've had problems with delivery a few times, where some of my order was missing, but that's on the delivery service, not Insomnia Cookies. Whenever that's happened, I've just called the store, and they've promptly taken care of it, either by re-sending out my order or issuing a refund.

I order delivery from the store the delivery person did not follow the delivery instructions I tried to reach the store and they never answered. By the time I got my delivery there were cats all over it and I couldn't anyone to respond. If the the driver had followed the delivery instructions this wouldn't have happened. This was delivered by the store not uber or any third party delivery service.

The atmosphere is usual and smells like fresh baked cookies. As you approach the register the greeting from Shaquia was callus and seemed forced. I brought my daughter here as it's her first time and she was eager to try the cookies. Unfortunately the entire experience was unpleasant due to the lack of customer care in the service provided. Shaquia seemed as if she wasn't having the best day. Either way she should probably get some remedial customer service training. My order was wrong which wasn't a huge issue. However when I made Shaquia aware of the error she stared blankly at the cookies in my box for 30 secs before saying "my bad" and then bringing be a hard and barely warm cookie. I was halfway out the door when Shaquia asked me to re-open my box and give her the cookie that was served in error. She tossed the cookie in the trash. The entire encounter seemed strange and Shaquia looked aggravated and as if she needed a nap. Please do better Shaquia.

I was so exited to get my cookies with my family and friends until that was all ruined by the rude cashier with the itchy lace front. She was rolling her eyes as we ordered and rushed our entire experience. The cookies overall were good.

I am completely DONE ordering online. Whether directly from the site or through door dash, delivery always took over an hour and this last time it took THREE HOURS. When the cookies were delivered they were hard, cold and the box smelled like it was sitting in a smokers car for hours. I’m very very bet disappointed with this specific location and the delivery standard. I DO NOT recommend getting any deliveries. The quality of the cookies went down unfortunately.
