The atmosphere is usual and smells like fresh baked cookies. As you approach the register the greeting from Shaquia was callus and seemed forced. I brought my daughter here as it's her first time and she was eager to try the cookies. Unfortunately the entire experience was unpleasant due to the lack of customer care in the service provided. First time I came here cookies tasted fresh. The last time I came the cookies were hard, maybe it was because it was late? They don't bake a fresh batch? Iono but the cookies were old and yeah.

Delicious cookies and ice cream, great customer service!Nothing better than warm cookies fresh out of the oven! I've had problems with delivery a few times, where some of my order was missing, but that's on the delivery service, not Insomnia Cookies. Whenever that's happened, I've just called the store, and they've promptly taken care of it, either by re-sending out my order or issuing a refund.
