The guy making my sandwich can’t hear, he doesn’t listen, or just doesn’t care. Him not putting the Italian seasoning and oil on the sandwich messed it up for me. And the Mac and cheese is not good

The manager was extremely rude to me and my Wife. I didn’t get his name. He was of African descent. My Wife asked about Breakfast and he told her to go next door if she wanted breakfast. Which a Dunkin Donuts was next door. He then walked away without asking if she wanted something different. The other staff was rude and unhelpful as well. I would not go back under any circumstance.

I come to this places fairly often. Potbelly is one of my favorite chain sub spots. I order my food using the mobile ordering. You can make all the decisions online that you could make in person, everything g from adding extra pickles to removing the cheese. It's very detailed I like some apps. Food: I had a chicken club which comes with chicken, bacon, there is sauce (that I leave off), and flat bread. What I love the most about this sandwhich is the meat is real. A lot of chains use this over processed- slimy deli meat. So I appreciate the real chicken they placed in there sandwiches, it was hardy filling and delicious. My son had the mamas meatball sub. So much better than subway(ewww) and he always gets extra sauce(yummm). It's message but he says it's "Bussin"(that means delicious in young people talk). The service is always fast and friendly. Just like customers like it. And there is no shortage on the quality of food or service. The decors looked a bit vintage but the seat is very comfortable. There are some museum like pieces sitting around like an old stove for example. Very cool stuff. We are definitely coming back.

I think this is a training facility because this was the worst Potbelly experience that I have ever had. The employees were not rude or anything, they were just nonchalant, slow and appeared to be unprepared or not trained fully. Can't and won't be back.

I have never had a Potbelly sandwich before. It's not a thing where I'm from. Plus, when Subway ruins your take on sandwiches, you usually don't search out sandwich shops. But I was putzing around all day and needed something quick to eat and came here. This location is by the IKEA up against some other heavy hitters when it come to quickly prepared foods. The parking lot can be a bit tricky, but once you park you are good. Hot take on this place, and one that I hope I won't get much flack about, is that this place reminds me a lot of Quiznos. Which I was never a fan of. I don't prefer my sandwiches to be toasted. I just don't like it. And that is a big portion of what makes this sandwich shop, a sandwich shop. Unlike Quiznos, and at least what I have seen so far here, you can't opt out of the toasting. Or if you can, you really need to be on top of your game here to beat them to throwing that sandwich on the conveyor. I have been here twice since moving to the area and I have tried two different styles. The first visit I went with the Italian and the second visit I went with the Pizza Melt. Each visit had a different experience. One I took it to go, and the other I ate in house. This shop offers you a chance to eat indoors or outdoors. I suggest eating inside unless it is a beautiful, unoppressive day outside. As far as the food. The toasting works. Even though the bread can shred the roof of your mouth if you are not careful when taking a bite. And to be able to top it the way you feel makes it even better. A meal deal really isn't that much of a deal. The sandwich on its own really doesn't equate to a meal but adding a side and drink really puts this in the pricing ballpark with fast casual sit down restaurants. For a quick meal, and I'm using that loosely, this is a decent place. The pace at which you can get in and out of here depends on the staff, the sandwich you select, and the amount of people that decide to stop here.

Great food, great location. I’ve eaten Potbelly sandwiches in a lot of places with work travel but my wife and son’s first meal there. I had my usual wreck, wife had a BLTA. She said it was the best sandwich she’s had in a while. Fast and helpful, good food, kid friendly, easy parking.

The food is not as good as it used to be. My sandwich is dry and doesn’t have much flavor. I ordered the cold brew shake which tastes like nothing or maybe vanilla… I’m not sure because its so bland.

This place needs to work on consistency everytime I come it's something different what is so hard about adding extra meat to a salad my salad is completely wrong it is completely missing the chicken.

I love Potbelly and out of all the locations I've been to, this one is by far the best! Very friendly staff and sandwiches made with love. Thank you to the staff for always doing a wonderful job. I miss the potato salad, I hope y'all bring it back.

The girl that is in charge of the toppings has the worst attitude . Energy is terrible .
