drive through is usually always empty at this location, but they do ask if you want to tip which ive never been asked at any other location.. theres a way to tip on the app after you order and kind of awkward to have to verbally tell them if you want to tip or not.
This location has gotten so lazy! NEW MANAGEMENT NEEDED!1. They are giving people STICKERS instead of ordering the Green Stoppers & expecting customers to put their lips on sticky adhesive - can someone check with OSHA about this?! Can’t be sanitary!!!2. Mobile Order? Forget the joy of your drink ever being ready for you at the Pick Up Zone - they just WAIT until you get there to make it which defeats the purpose of the damn app!3. Order a redeye in the drive through. They informed me after five minutes of waiting (after i paid) that their coffee machine was broken and offered a latte (no refund or anything). Ended up tasting like a watered down coffee, not a latte
