My cousin and I decided to go to Dunkin and catch-up over coffee and donut while we wait on a table at milk and honey for brunch. That was probably my first time actually sitting and eating inside of a Dunkin. The facility was clean and relaxing. This location was extremely busy, but quick with service. Free public parking lot
I go here often and generally very pleased - especially with the service. However, I have been served stale bagels (I guess that’s why they always want to toast their bagels so you can’t tell).

I am not sure if the kiosk is not reliable or it's user error. I have tried twice to use it but the second time I focused on accurately adding the amount of sugar I wanted but it didn't go through because the barista served my coffee with no sugar and looking at the receipt it didn't have any sugar amount. She begrudgingly added the sugar for me.The coffee is always tasty.
