Great shrimp pasta. They even cut the tails off the shrimp. They sent a bunch of toasted rolls with warm seasoned oil. This will feed me for the rest of the day and maybe into tomorrow. Thanks Bertucci's and DoorDash. I'm low on grub and would gladly pay $35 for such treasures to just appear on my doorstep again any time.

This is a staple for my family, especially on 2 for tuesday pizza! The menu is mostly pizza oriented but that is what I like to order. A great classic margarita pizza and the pastas are great as well, I like the alfredo personally. Service can sometimes be a little slow when busy but that is an understaffed issue most business/restaurant’s have post covid.Kid-friendliness: nice kids menu and they have pizza, so easy choices for most of the kiddosWheelchair accessibility: Easy access to get into the restaurant and to accommodate a wheel chair inside

So my boyfriend and I ordered 2 classic pizzas in size small and they weren't kidding about it being small lol. It was basically a personal pizza but it cost $20 per pizza. When being charged $20 for a small pizza, I was expecting it to be a bit higher quality/ tastier. The pizza itself wasn't bad, but the sausage mushroom onion barely had any marinara sauce on it. The flavors were okay. They did give us 4 small free bread rolls which were tasty. However, the pizza was very expensive and you could get the same thing for less expensive at other places. Their customer service was good though and our food was ready extremely quickly. There was also a lot of good parking in their lot.

In observance of my son's birthday, I treated him to a dining experience at Bertucci's. Although the service provided by the waitress was commendable, the quality of the cuisine fell short of expectations. Regrettably, the sampler appetizer was marred by the presence of hair on the chicken, and the meatballs were served tepid and lacking in taste. Furthermore, the lasagna, had inconsistencies in temperature, being cold in the center. The pasta was mushy. Additionally, the pizza my son ordered was excessively greasy, and the calzone arrived undercooked, with the meat barely cooked. Overall, the dining experience proved to be extremely unsatisfactory.

Waiter was beyond horrible!! Never came back to the table after he brought me the Wrong food! The staff did not care that I had no lunch. Had to ask someone else to bring the bill. Awful experience. At least the bread was decent.

We choose Bertucci's restaurant for my grandmother's 80th birthday celebration and it was absolutely delightful. The staff did an amazing job, ensuring that every detail was perfect. The food was excellent, especially with the family-style dining which made the event feel so intimate. We had the opportunity to connect with family and friends in the private banquet room, which made the celebration even more special. We truly loved every moment of it. Thank you, Bertucci's, for providing such a memorable experience for us.

Had a coupon for National Pizza Day, so went for an Ultimate Bertucci pizza. We split a Ceasars salad. As usual, the rolls and dipping oil was very good. Sat at a high top near the bar and the bartender was an attentive waiter. Had leftovers from the large pizza and skipped dessert.

Why bother! I placed a catering order and when I tried to pick it up it was not available due to a power outage at the restaurant. That obviously was not the restaurant's fault but the fact that I was not notified about my order until I tried to pick it up was. I was contacted by the restaurant manager, Sean with a promise of a discount on my next order to make up for the situation but never received the discount. I followed up with this Sean and he said he would make sure I received a discount for a future order but again nothing. I did not ask for the discount, Sean offered it. Seeing that he never bothered to follow through even after I followed up just adds to my frustration. Why bother saying you will do something and not! No wonder I had a catering order that I never received if this is how the restaurant is ran.
