I ordered on the app, very easy, however I got a text saying my food was ready so I went inside. I waited 20 minutes inside after the text said my food was ready before it actually was ready. There were 3 people making the food in back but the 1 & only person working up front had to make my food. Sad thing is there was nobody else inside the store ordering.

I purchased the 3pc white meal at the Greenbelt,MD and I did not check my order. When I got home about 20 minutes later, I discovered that the chicken was hard and dried out?‍?. So, I got dressed for work and drove to the Columbia, MD location to get fresh chicken. I took the bag in, and the receipt wasn't in the bag?? I told the manager that I wanted the chicken to be replaced. She called the Greenbelt location to confirm my order..?. So, I waited until she got the confirmation....read full review

I ordered online and well it took an additional 20 minutes then what was quoted on the app, they started to make it as soon as I came in to check for the food. There is no point to order online if it is made when I arrive. That’s my only complaint, food was made perfectly and tasted great, staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean as well.
