I got off work Friday evening at 5:30. On my way home I called to place an order around 5:45 to be exact. Was told my order would be about 30 minutes. Mind you I placed the order before I got home. Had a long day working and wanted to relax and eat a pizza. 6:45 comes , no pizza so I called to see when they would get to my home. Spoke with a young man who told me my pizza was still there waiting to be taken. I asked for a discount since I waited so long and was offered a credit which I declined.because I truly do not plan to order from here again. Dominos is a bit more expensive but I’d rather pay them. At least my food would have been here on time. Terrible service and I would know because I work in the food industry. Not sure if their corporate office pays attention to these reviews and if you do, swift action needs to be taken. I will not order from this location ever again.

This delivery driver shook up the drink before handing it to us and gave me the finger when I asked him if he really just shook up the drink. I called to let the manager know, he was completely nonchalant about it and didn’t seem to care at all. Order with caution and know your food/drinks are going to be messed with.

There's a blonde lady. She has very long acrylic nails and being a cashier at the same time. I dont think she was wearing gloves to make the pizza. I think the whole situation is very unhealthy and disgusting. A big no no

My husband went to the store to pickup our order. The employee handed my husband the pizzas with a vape pen in his mouth. Very unprofessional of them. One pizza looked ok. The other was less desirable. Too much crust and less pizza. Their food has definitely gone downhill.

We ordered 4 pizza's ahead of time for our child's birthday party on a Saturday morning. We needed to pick them up at a very specific time. The pizzas were ready precisely at the time we requested - hot, fresh and delicious!

I order from this store all the time and the food is usually perfect. I had to knock off one star because the last time I came here my food wasnt ready when i walked in (which is fine) but i walked into an argument between 2 of the workers cursing at each other and it was somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, this place is good and i will be coming back again.

This place is awful. I don't usually order Papa John's but 2 of the very few times I ordered, they delivered somebody else's pizza. So frustrating. They're customer service to recover from these mistakes is underwhelming if I am generous. I wish Pizza Hut changed their delivery limits to deliver to my house.

Ordered take out for two pies. Ordered ahead and was able to pick it up. Pies came out great. They get busy so please be patient with them. They seem overworked with the huge influx of orders especially during dinner rush.
