Worse cheesesteak in Columbia hands down. Overpriced, terribly cooked food. Don’t come here. First, it’s located inside a Bertucci, and like other reviews, they don’t toast the hoagie rolls, and the cheese is just slapped on. This place is so awful, I regret trying it and I will never come back again I really hope this place goes out of business, they are an embarrassment to Philly cheese steaks

I order delivery via GrubHub on 03/20/23. Disclaimer: Native Philadelphian who transplanted to MD, so I'm particular when it comes to cheese steaks.I ordered one classic 12' cheese steak, add mushrooms. The food arrived in about 30 minutes as advertised, and was still hot. It was wrapped in plain white butchers paper (no foil) in a brown bag.The sandwich was not cut, which was annoying but not a deal breaker. More annoying, however, is that they cut the roll lengthwise on both sides (like a traditional coldcut sub) and the sandwich was sloppily made with all the stuff falling out of the one side. The bread itself was middle-of-the-road white bread roll. Immediately I could taste the mushrooms I requested, so that was great. The onion was also in there (comes standard) but there were definitely more mushrooms than onions. The cheese... It looked like there were slices of provolone inside, but if I hadn't opened it up I'd never know because of the overpowering cheese whiz that accompanied it. Goopy orange cheddar cheese oozing out. The meat was sliced (not chopped) and was good but unseasoned. The food actually got better the more I ate, I think because I was getting used to the overpowering cheese whiz. Overall, I'd say that this is a below average cheese steak. If I hadn't ordered the added mushrooms, I would have ranked this even lower. The mushrooms really carried the sandwich. I was also really disappointed with the meat not being seasoned because it was otherwise good meat and a little salt and pepper could have really improved it.3 stars. Menu is limited, and there are much better cheese steaks in the area. Probably won't order again.

We ordered the bundle, which would be two cheesesteaks and a bucket of fries, but we received one cheesesteak and a small bag of fries. No one answers the phone so it’s impossible to get in touch with them. Highly doubt we’ll be ordering from here again.

Okay, I should have listen to the reviews. This isn't a brick and morter restaurant. It is in Bertucci's and they do NOT know how to make a cheesesteak. The bread was soft not toasted, the provolone cheeae was just slapped on the finished product. The entire sandwich was slapped together carelessly. Don't waist your time and $$$$. You're better off going to Romas or Tino's.

Ordered a cheesesteak Threw DoorDash It took over an hour for the food to be delivered And of course when it was delivered The food was cold. I basically had to re heat my food. Complete waste of 18.00
