I simply do not understand the hype. The chicken tenders were just okay. Yes, they were crispy and juicy but they were quite bland. The sauce did help a bit, but this is not "Raising Cane's Secret Sauce," it's supposedly about the chicken and the chicken is middling at best. Plus, the music inside is obnoxiously LOUD. I don't think I'll go back to any Raising Cane's location willingly.

I'm not sure what all the hype is about this place. The chicken strips were okay, nothing over the top. The bread was good. The sauce to me was the best part. Customer service was great. The service was quick. The restaurant was clean, and the noise level was moderate. I'm not sure if I would return for another visit only because I'm not a huge chicken tender fan. However, if you are, then this might be the place for you.

The worst experience I've ever encountered at a Raising Canes. This location is fairly new but I always support. This particular time I dealt with some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Upon receiving my order my tenders were cold. Now i wouldn't say cold as in out the freezer cold but they were warm as if they had been pre cooked and waiting for someone to order instead of the cook to order they pride themselves on. I always express hot fresh chicken from Canes and understand that's the standard they live by. To receive anything other than that is a let down. But that's not the worst part. After i tried the chicken on a piece of toast , as that's how i eat my canes, i realized it was not hot and fresh at all so i took my meal back to the counter and asked for a hot fresh order. I see the cook back there breaking the chicken tender in half to see or show steam coming out of the tender to show that they were hot to try to prove me wrong . Instead of just making a new order . So after they re make my order she doesn't put the extra toast i ordered on there. So when i ask for the toast she walks from the back fryer to walk to the front to tell me I ate some of the toast already so she's not giving me another one. She was rude and nasty and approached me so aggressively from where she was working in the back . I do not like how i was treated at this location. This was not up to Raising Canes standard and I def wanted to spread the word. I didn't want to eat there anymore so i asked for a refund. They refunded me and gave me a gift card for a box combo as goodwill. Thanks a lot for that. The public humiliation was priceless.

First time I came here it was good, got food to-go no problems.Today I waited in line for 10minutes (told myself it was worth the wait even tho I was having cramps). Ended up getting chicken fingers with a side of hair. :(As you can see i barely bit the chicken before I noticed it... I am disgusted to be honest. My hair is long, curly and tucked back in braids so I know it's not my hair; especially because this one was entangled in the food.I do know the female employees tend to wear long hair extensions but they need to start wearing hairnets. I filed a complaint online and hope to get a refund if not from them, my bank.Lastly chicken didnt seem as crispy, looked like it could've been fried a little longer.

Love this place! The chicken is definitely a better quality than most other fast food joints. I like that the menu is limited so you're not overwhelmed with all the choices.

They make one thing and somehow it takes them 45 minutes to give it to you. It baffles the mind. Just make more of the chicken, that’s what people are going to order. It’s that easy.

The food is great quality, the service is great. The music is just a little too loud inside.

This place is a mess with no customer service. When I went in to order no one I was trying to take my order. One young lady was standing behind the counter by the register but she didn't offer to help so I walked to the front to order the she told me she couldn't take my order for some reason. Then, another employee came to help, but he also couldn't take my order because the system was locked. Then they called the I gess manager, but no one showed up for about 5 min. So I just walked out.

Great food, but by no means fast. Lome took 35 min and it was only 10-15 cars

Rated Atmospher as 3 because it was basically normal fast food atmosphere. Also, couldn't really tell where the line to order should start. We actually shared a Caniac Combo.6 large fingers with fries, slaw, a large drink, and 2 sauces for $16.50.Chicken was juicy, fries tasty and well salted, coleslaw needed some salt, and the sauce was very good.1st time there, and we will go back.

I came to know about Raising Cane in Las Vegas. I loved them then. Probably the effect of the post-pandemic inflation, I noticed they have reduced the portion sizes across the board (the chicken fingers, the bread and fries are all smaller), and prices have gone up, of course. That is, they do you twice.Unusual for a fast food joint, though, they have done one thing right: they have figured a way to appeal to the young. The Saturday evening I was there, kids in their late teens and early 20s were tripping over one another to get a bite.I ain't returning. May be once in a blue moon.

Overrated...secret sauce tastes like mayo and ketchup mixed...nothing more...service stinks...inside is not conducive to a post pandemic

Chicken was cooked well / fried nicely but wasn't seasoned much, if at all. The fries were underwhelming - lack of flavor and a bit too soft. Toast was more like a thick piece of bread with a hint of butter. The sauce is not only a necessity, but the saving grace for this chain

Was pretty excited when a location opened up nearby but was severely disappointed with the experience. The chicken fingers here are SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than what you'd get on the west coast - with the ones received easily being what west coast employees might classify as a nugget (think 2 inches). Fries still not great (generally just recommend always subbing for toast) but on top of that they weren't even cooked all the way through. The general vibe is also very very different since the workers aren't as seasoned/professional with some even being quite rude. Honestly just go to chick fil a - it's the same price but tried and true.
