Showed up on a Thursday night at 8:29pm. They close at 9pm. Whoever was working opened the window to inform us that they are closed due to “having to clean.” Would recommend going to any other location because it just sounds like laziness. We decided to go to Safeway to get ice cream there and when we walked out, we noticed all the workers had already left and it was only 8:45pm. Other cars were driving by trying to get Rita’s. Needs to be restaffed because it sounds like this happens often according to other reviews.

Came tonight at 6:40 PM. They close at 8 PM. Open light was on. Lights were all on. No one was working. Waited 10 minutes, assuming they may be in the restroom. No one returned. I’ve had a series of bad experiences here. Go to one of the other locations in the area, as I had to tonight.

I haven't yet experienced bad service here, so this review is only on their ice cream. Is it expensive? yes. But is it good? Also yes! Personally don't think the custard itself is worth the price (very expensive for a mediocre custard, tiny portion), BUT! What you need to get here is a Large Mago Gelati (vanilla custard). It's ~$7 and portion is pretty generous. The combination of custard and gelati is NICE! It's a simple ice cream stand / obviously no seating area :)

They used to have sugar free choices, now they never do. It’s a good option for diabetics or those just wishing to consume less sugar. I sent a letter to corporate and still no sugar free selections on menu.

So upset! My husband brought home two gelati's for me (current pregnancy craving) & when it was about halfway through I found this random hard piece of plastic. Imagine my horror when I pulled it out of my mouth!! Extremely upsetting!!

I remember this being just as good as every other Rita’s, but the generic cup, uncomfortably tiny coffee straws, and general lack of the expected Rita’s deliciousness made this one a disappointment. The portion sizes are way less than they should be, too

This was the worst customer experience i've had at a Rita's. We arrived to a young lady who asked if we ordered anything online. We said no and she said rudely, "We are closed". In reply, we said there was still 10 min before 9 and she replied by saying something under he breath and slammed the window shut. I don't know whose decision it was to hire her, but this child needs to learn some manners. Very disappointed.

Whomever keeps watering down the Italian Ice flavors needs to be re-trained. Its always when this one person is working, my italian ice is barely sweet.
I believe gloves should be worn when getting the cones and ice-cream. The person at the register should wash has begire serving.

The worst Rita’s I have ever been to. My familys order was skipped over FOUR times and now they’re out of the flavors that we were going to get. Service was terrible, you can’t even read what the flavors are on the menu because you got the menu hidden behind a dark screen. Every time a customer came up with their order the girl working said “we’re out “ . They were literally out of everything.

In this picture is an almost $8.00 " Concrete" . It is in a small "Dixie" cup (not a Rita's Cup) and was not even filled to the top. My "Blendini" had no custard except on top. Me and my children suddenly remembered why we haven't been there in years . We will not be returning.

$6.50 for a regular sized Blendini???? You kiddin me??? And I think it's only 10 or 12 oz. A small at most ice cream joints, no choice in larger sizes, prolly be $15 anyway they offered it. What a RIP joint.... Has Ice gone up, it used to be $4.50, which I thought was expensive, now it's gotten RIDICuLOUS.... The owner needs to get the message, we ain't gonna pay that, thanks but,........ bah BYE!!!!! Plus the 18 yr olds that work there are usually rude/stoopid and there's not light at counter, it's really a poor excuse for a Rita's anyway. So, guess you get my message, your place is funky, your prices Junky..... Good luck , BUH.... BYE.... I'm out...... PS - u suk...... that's maybe why u have a 2 star rating.....
