I had a great time, music was comforting and the owner stayed a little after closing to still cook for me after i got there near closing. If this place was able to get some advertising or signs, it could really drive some business in.

I absolutely loved the Mac and cheese! It is the closest to that southern Mac and cheese that I’ve had! I also tried the veggie dinner. Beans and rice…. Very good. Collard greens….very good, just added a touch of vinegar and my hot sauce. Yams…good, just added a touch of my vegan butter. Overall, very good and I will beyond a doubt order from them again. I would encourage everyone to give them a try!❤️

I’m honestly surprised at the ratings , this food was amazing and so flavorful. The owner was extremely friendly and patient with my questions as a new vegan. My personal favorites was the chicken quesadilla, greens but everything was tasty. My boyfriend got there French toast which was also phenomenal. I wasn’t a fan of the location I think she would do better outside a office building but it does appear to be a new entrepreneur so I understand . I also value that it is a black owned woman establishment. I will definitely support in the future!

This place is a bit difficult to find, which the staff said is because the building won’t allow outside signage. The woman serving us was very friendly but the chef seemed annoyed when she put our food up. I think they had only recently opened the location when we went because there were empty shelves everywhere except for a couple bags of chips and fig bars. Half the menu wasn’t available yet, despite being out on the counter for customers to review. The French toast had a good flavor but was soggy and only had about 5 blueberries on it. The maple sausage and bacon were both good. We liked the brownies and cornbread although the latter was a bit dry. Cinnamon rolls were dry as well. Overall the place was lacking decor and it felt like they opened before they were quite ready. Would consider going back if the business picks up more and is more established in a while.

This place is a hidden GEM! Thank goodness for the tip about being next to Leidos because it's tucked away in a business park and the lot was empty on a Saturday afternoon, but were thrilled to see the sign lit up as open! The collard greens in the Bodhi Tree were so flavorful. Might be the best I have ever had they were so phenomenal. My partner LOVED the cheesesteak - he said we need to add this place into our rotation! The owner also sent us home with GF corn muffins that she specially baked just for me! They were so good, and it was such a thoughtful and kind gesture. She truly warmed my heart!

Cinnamon Rolls were very good,and the two Fish Tacos are grilled pretty good and the sauce adds to the tasty complexion of the wrap.
