The service is greatly improved with the new manager but still understaffed - the reason of slow service. Please be patient not angry and understand three people are working for six.

Long story short. Bad experience and won’t go back. Guy at register could not understand when I asked for a decaf mocha. I tried to clarify and he did not seem to get it. A coworker came over to help and he pushed him away and started an argument! A third worker came in to intervene. Like are you serious. I’m dual language and I understand learning a second language but if you are going to have someone work at your register please put someone that has been through some training...read full review

I ordered a donut and a sweet tea yet for some reason it took 30 minutes?? I’ve been in line still and have not even received my food, it’s a Monday morning 7 am you would think they would have a full staff . This is insane and I’ve had many bad experiences here such as their sweet tea tasting…. spiked!? ( we r underage) My freind has had to give her drink back multiple times due to the unpleasant rank taste of it .
