They lied to me and tried to rip me off! Tried to sell me Hashbrowns with only half the amount they were supposed to have in an order! I saw a picture outside the Dunkin Donuts that showed Hashbrowns for 99 cents. So I went in the drive through to get 3 orders. I asked the guy how many Hashbrowns are in each order. He said 2. When I looked at him funny, he changed it to 3. When I asked if they were small or big, demonstrating size with my fingers. He didn’t want to answer, but finally reluctantly said small. I refused to order and left. I looked online to see how many Hashbrowns come in an order. Online, it said 6 come in an order and there were 6 in the advertisement picture also. The guy freakin’ lied to me and tried to rip me off! This Dunkin Donuts has lost my business. I can’t trust them! They are always lazy and locking the doors at odd times anyways.

Long story short. Bad experience and won’t go back. Guy at register could not understand when I asked for a decaf mocha. I tried to clarify and he did not seem to get it. A coworker came over to help and he pushed him away and started an argument! A third worker came in to intervene. Like are you serious. I’m dual language and I understand learning a second language but if you are going to have someone work at your register please put someone that has been through some training and is at least proficient in your ‘Dunkin coffee donut’ terminology. Also combative high and mighty personality doesn’t fit well woth a job where you are dealing with the public. Bad bad PR really. I walked out as they all were arguing. The guy at the register could have cared less. Dunkin Donut you are serving the population here in Crofton. Step it up. Although I’ll not be back to this location unless it changes hands. I only out one star because it won’t let you do less in order to post.

I ordered a donut and a sweet tea yet for some reason it took 30 minutes?? I’ve been in line still and have not even received my food, it’s a Monday morning 7 am you would think they would have a full staff . This is insane and I’ve had many bad experiences here such as their sweet tea tasting…. spiked!? ( we r underage) My freind has had to give her drink back multiple times due to the unpleasant rank taste of it .

Saturday morning and you'd think they would have a full staff of workers, right? Nope. Instead a long line of unhappy customers. Don't waste your time here. Even on a good day, it seems they barely put a teaspoon into their filled donuts. New management is not working out.

I’ve been to many many different Dunkin’ Donuts around and this place is the absolute worst. Everything from donuts stale muffins way overcooked bagels stale and even tried to get a sweet iced tea and there was not a drop of sugar in it. Drive thru speaker does not work, man working the drive thru had to repeat order multiple times and couldn't hear the word chai. i ordered a chai with vanilla, instead i got an original latte with french vanilla swirl.

- 5-6 employees staring at you from the window as you get out of the car, when you walk in, and while you’re ordering, as if you walked into their house unannounced.- always one guy sitting and taking up a table, playing on his phone and laughing to himself. He saw a family of 4 with nowhere to sit, and did not stand up.- major language barrier with the majority of the employees. There might be 1 who communicates in English well.- lots of flies every single time, landing on your food and flying around your face.- 90% chance that your order will be wrong- dirty in general, dust and crumbs in the window sills- the bathrooms are absolute filth. Brown splatter around the toilet, on the walls, floor, and on the seat

Haven’t had a good experience at this location in the 4 times we have been. This morning brought the kids and bought 1/2 dozen assorted and they were all clearly from a previous day. Very stale. Absolutely could not have been from that morning.

WAY MORE EXPENSIVE THEN MOST DUNKIN DONUTS !!!!!!!!!Food was wrong ! As usual I try to keep it simple , still can get food correct . If u have a family member that has food allergies DONT GO HERE ! 10-1 you will get your food allergies cause they mess up so many orders!??????,and Macha got mixed with coffee ??worst mix ever.?and when open up drive thru window it smells like something is burnt?and why is it a problem to get napkins .

Avoid this Dunkin at all cost! Rude staff - they'll take your order and say absolutely nothing else?? Very awkward drive-thru experience. I went twice just to be sure! Drink was average at best. Save yourself the hassle and drive a few minutes further to the location in Millersville.
