“First time here at Dessert Junkie. This spot is nothing short of ADORABLE. The owner Alexis has one of the best customer service experience I’ve experienced in a long time. She let us sample anything we wanted and was very patient as we were undecided. I’ve found my new dessert home. Now the desserts….THE BOMB and the variety is exceptional. I’m coming back. Oh and we even got to tour the kitchen.“

“We regularly visit the West Annapolis location and found a great t-shirt there that we wanted to get as a birthday present for my dad, but they didn’t have his size in stock. Monica went above and beyond to help us find the shirt at their Edgewater location and was kind enough to offer to come in early the next day so we could pick it up before the celebration. “Cookies are always delicious! The only thing that has been a problem for me is justifying the price for the cookies, but the mini ones give you that same experience without you feeling like you're pockets have been spent lol always great customer service too!“

“Everything is very clean lots of places to sit and children shows playing so good place to take kids. Lots of options and flavors and probably the only frozen yogurt place within a 10 mile radius. Parking kind of sucks but I would walk a quarter mile to get here if I have to. To be honest.“

“I originally found out about this resturant in the early 90's. The hotdogs and milkshakes are one of the best in the area. I live in Catonsville. So if I am ever in the area, then I always make it a point to stop in and grab one of their "double-dogs" and milkshakes. To be totally honest, I had a craving earlier today, and just had to go there to get there iconic "dogs." I made a special trip just to go there. Now that should tell you everything you need to know! Service is always great.“

“The staff is always nice at this location they just need more people came on a Saturday they only had one guy working the line was long but he did a good job. I forgot to get his name he had a great attitude and took the order and made ice cream had the line moving quickly. I had the best Mango Gelati it was so good I will be returning soon!!! ?“

“People have been known to travel from miles away to get to an original Kavern snowball. Known to some as the best place to get a snowball not just in Pasadena, but in all of Maryland. Kavern distributes its own syrup, supplies, and even ice to snowball stands across the state. You can stop by their Pasadena store to enjoy some ice cream and other frozen handmade novelties as well.“

“The oatmeal cookie ice cream here is literally the best I've ever had! It ultra creamy and delicious with chunks of chewy cookies and chocolate. I have to ration myself otherwise I'd eat a pint in one sitting. Folks, don't sleep on this place. Yes, it says Hershey ice cream but it's with a twist!Truly unique flavors and excellent quality ice cream. Consistent and friendly customer service. 10/10 all day long.“

“Yummy yummy to my tummy. There is nothing bad to say about Rita's Italian Ice.The staff at this location are less than enthusiastic and usually have stepped away and have the windows shut in between taking orders. The parking for this location is very tight and congested.Nevertheless, I'll be back over and over again because I need my dose of Rita's.“

“My bestie and I were in the area and decided we wanted a sweet treat. You usually can't go wrong with Rita's, and that was the case here too! Make sure you park on the right side of the fence, lol! That was a little confusing, but otherwise fine as both lots were empty when we got there. It was a walk-up Rita's. The cashier was a nice young woman that was patient as we decided what we wanted. When I saw the picture of the gelati, I knew I had to have it. We both got the large size and just chilled in the car and people-watched per the usual. I'm never usually able to finish my whole dessert, but this was so good. It was a great end to a hot and busy day. Nothing to complain about here, just sweet cold treats :)“

“Best ice cream store i have visited in such a long time they treated me with so much respect and have a very tidy establishment. Apparently the store has been open for awhile but it looks like it was built yesterday, thats how nice the store is!“

“After dinner....we wanted dessert and decide to get Rita's. It is still open until Oct 2. When we got there...there was just a couple in front of us. We all order mango Italian ice with custard. It was so good it gave me brain freeze. Definitely one of our favorite spots!“

“I visited the Bowie location last week, and was assisted by Kim. She was awesome! The customer service was top-notch! She created my ice cream mixture just as requested and even engaged in polite conversation while she prepared my order. The delicious ice cream was the cherry on top of my visit!“

“Nice hot and humid day.... I scream, you scream ... we all scream for ice cream! This is a walk up window ; where you order and pay and they call your name when it's ready. There are a couple benches and tables to sit and eat at. I ordered a waffle cone with butter pecan ice cream. They definitely didn't skimp on the pecans. Pecans galore in my ice cream. . Hahaha more pecans than ice cream actually and I was okay with that. Usually places skimp on the pecans and only give you the cream. My other half ordered mango sorbet.... Light and refreshing and hit the spot. Nice treat on a hot day! Parking is shared with other restaurants and stores nearby ; on the plus side it's free at least.“

“Love the quality and selection of Italian ice, cotton candy is one of our favorites at Rita's and the phenomenal soft serve custard ice cream. It is a perfect treat and great to sit and relax at the mall. The prices are the cheapest I've seen at any Rita's, typically they are double the price in the city. The employees have always been wonderful. Everyone is understaffed these days so please have some patience since it does take a little bit for things to be prepared. Certainly well worth the wait!“

“There was one young lady working by her self, with a store full of customers. She remain professional kind and very polite the whole time my husband and I waited in line. She deserves a raise a gift card or something. The man a head of me offered her a tip but she declined. So humble her work ethic to be a teenager is beyond impressive!!!!!“
