“I've only done "take out" here, so I can't speak to their table service, but I can tell you I've never been disappointed in their food. The sushi and sashimi have always been fresh and delicious. And for that alone, they get 5 stars! I highly recommend!!“

“This is a chain ramen establishment which I found to be a fine place for a warm bowl of Japan. There is some depth with their broth and it's pleasing. Not sure I'll come back with the area yielding in my opinion better options. The servers are great with being super friendly. “My daughter loves the steamed shrimp shumai so it was eaten in 2 seconds from being unpacked and I didn’t get a pic. The salmon & Ikura sashimi tasted fresh. The Ikura was eaten too fast so no pic but the portion size appeared modest while the thick cut slices of the salmon sashimi is generously cut.The yellowtail jalapeño appetizer is a nice portion for the price but the sauce is too spicy for me but diluting it with soy sauce helps.The folks working here are kind and professional. The dining room is kept clean but not inviting to relax and eat. I prefer to get my orders to go or eat quick and go. I’m glad they’re in the neighborhood!“

“We have been to both the Mt Airy and Eldersburg locations many times already & here is my overall experience of the restaurant:Service- fantasticAtmosphere- clean , but the Mt Airy location lighting can be too dim at times.Food- sashimi is very fresh; sushi is tasty; but…. Some of the appetizers sauce can be a bit funky ? especially like to point out, the baked eggplant and some of the dishes with Sriracha they don’t taste too good. Highly suggest to refine it.Overall, it’s recommended by @winedinenvacay .“

“My husband and I have been coming here for the last 9 years! This is our favorite place. The Sizzling black pepper beef and hot and sour soup is by far my favorite on the menu! “We used to go here all the time for sushi in the 90's since it was hands down the best in the area. After moving away 30 years ago, we found ourselves back in Germantown again and decided to see if it was still the same. I'm happy to say is it still as PHENOMENAL as ever!!! Again, by far the best sushi in Germantown, and quite possibly the best in the DC metro area! For reference, I was stationed in Japan for a year in the military and while I don't profess to be an expert, I definitely know good sushi. They still have the same fast and friendly service and cost is what I would I'll consider a great bargain considering the current economy. The volcano rolls are a must try. Highly recommend!!!“

“Our Server and the Sushi Chef were very nice and friendly. The menu is very extensive. It was hard to choose because of so many good dishes. I had the Rainbow Sushi and the Avocado salad. The salad had avocado and seaweed salad on a bed of lettuce. Two of my favorites. When I'm in Germantown and need lunch this is the restaraunt I always go to.“

“Just great. Coming home to Norther VA from the all of the home Raven games my son and I always stop at Chipotle next door. Did the same last night but when we walked out I smelled the hibachi and decided to go and get something. Got the chicken and shrimp and it was awesome. Staff was great and portion was huge, which is hard to find these days. Told my son my new go to on the way home is Quickfire.“

“Honeybee's came to my office and I ordered their chicken teriyaki hibachi. It was delicious... as I was eating, a coworker walked past and commented that my food smelled amazing. It tasted as good as it smelled! The sauce was yummy and the chicken was great - it even comes with a side salad. I ate everything so fast. The people running the truck were also super nice! I got my food very quickly. Definitely recommend :)“

“Friendly and professional staff. Price is between $30 and $35 for the teppanyaki. There's some waiting on the weekends for dinner. Leo was our teppanyaki chef - he's funny and cooks the perfect steak and scallops! Will definitely return.“

“What a cute little business. The staff more than takes good care of you and answers all questions in a very knowledgeable manner. The food is very tasty along with the speed that service is rendered. The only knock is that they were a little slow on bringing extra water. If I happen to be around there in the future I would certainly stop in again.“
