My husband and I were long time customers of this subshop. Recently, it has taken a terrible turn. We ordered gyros and fries that were supposed to be $7.99 combo from their newly printed menu currently being distributed and still showing on the counter. They upcharged up from 16.00 to 21.16. The gyros are the worse we have ever tasted when we got home. I was so upset that I called and asked for the manager. Brianna stated that all menus are subject to change, but in my opinion, you only change when you can inform the public. This is a bait and switch of not following advertised pricing. It should be illegal for them to get you into the store and then charge whatever they want. I will report them to the Office of the Attorney General, but wanted others to know that they will change your price to whatever they feel like and not tell you to give you options to leave, reorder something else, etc. When I called the manager, she was unsympathic and unapologentic which left me wondering what happened to keeping long time customers happy and customer service. Shame on them. Please don't go here.

I ordered the sampler platter, the onion rings were horribly burnt, the mozzarella sticks were so over cooked they had no cheese in them, and everything was thrown together in a box of grease. Highly disappointed

Always gives 100 percent real beef on everything, real cheese from the West and warm savory buns at every turn. Every week they do a raffle for a great pizza and pop, maybe even a teddy bear. Walk in and ask for a Coke and a smile from Mr Fred and he greets me at the door with balloons every time.

I've been coming here for years. I have had 1 bad experience out of over 100 great ones. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone that loves pizza and subs.
I ordered a cheesesteak with EXTRA mayo....fries WITH ketchup...what I received was a cheesesteak with very little to no mayo and tomatoes!!!!!! When I called to express my frustration, the woman insisted that there was mayo, extra mayo which was not true. Please don't even ask how tomatoes got on my sandwich!!! Not my first bad experience with this place, BUT WILL BE MY LAST! Their buffalo wings r BIG and nasty!!!
