“The staff have all been nice lately, especially one in particular who has always been pleasant and attentive. Often I could barely get my order taken even after grabbing my order ticket number, I'd be overlooked until her. The temperature inside is no longer hot which is appreciated. Love the milkshakes taste, nice and rich( i do wish they were a little less runny). My sister loves the esquites. I used to wait over 40 minutes sometimes to get my order, now it's a much easier 15 minutes at the max“
“omg what a local GEM!!! I found this place on Yelp as I was craving juice and they had so many other great reviews. (I had tried to go to another juice spot in the city the day prior but they were closed even during opening hours and my juice craving persisted so here I came) Corner Juice Bar is located in Canton on a corner super close to Patterson Park! Street parking was super easy for me and the decor both inside and out of this shop is soooooo cute. I ordered 2 juices and spoke with the owners for a bit while my drinks were being prepared. First off, the juice is FRESH and they blend it right there and then for you, there's no premade juices. Secondly, I was offered (and took!) some ginger tea while I waited for my juices to be made (which took less than 5 mins they're super fast) and the ginger tea was indeed, quite gingery as I like so this was an unexpected happy surprise. They also gave me my 2 drinks with a plastic drink carrier! Fresh Start Juice 5/5 - a green juice that tastes healthy and refreshing Nature's Rx Juice w/ blueberry and kiwi additions 5/5 - a green juice that tastes a little more sweet than Fresh Start but still super enjoyable and refreshing Definitely recommend coming by and checking them out!!“
“Used the self service kiosk to place my order. Got a customized standard sized açaí bowl with added fruit. Fruit were fresh, staff were friendly and they offer free wifi and a nice seating area. Located in Elvation Park, definitely recommend over tropical smoothie cafe.If I were to be picky, I would like to see the honey to be self applied rather than paying extra as well as chia seeds being available for self pour (unless it was available and I didn’t see it)Nonetheless still a solid place!“
“Super cute cafe! Staff was very friendly they got busy quickly! I got the Awesowm Trio (Che 3 Mau) which is a traditional Vietnamese dessert. My mom makes this a lot and this definitely stands up to par. It was good. I got the passion fruit tea. The tea wasn't too bad definitely flavorful. I would recommend doing half sweet!“
“Awesome service and food with reasonable prices to match. I have been going here for pretty much a year. Excellent options for food no matter the time of day. Service has always been impeccable. Only problem that exist is that I can never get enough. Just try one of their Neicy Wraps and you'll understand. Best find, ever.Vegetarian options: Food can be made the way you ask. “When Yelp ask "would you recommend this business" I wish they provide a "hell yeah" option! I went hear a few weeks ago, because I stay craving this damn burger! Food is cooked to order, so.appreciate the brief wait, because they also provide friendly customer service. I usually check Instagram to make sure they are firing up the grill, and they seem to br wrapping things up by 4pm. Tip: add those caramelized onions to your burger! “This place was on my try-list for a long time and I'm so glad I came! I came here after I finished an exam following a stressful start to my week. The place immediately made my day! Bryan took my order at the register, and he had the most welcoming warm and positive energy. The place itself is small, but it is so cozy and charming. I ordered a BYOBreaky with sourdough, a runny egg, bacon, and veggies - it was absolutely delicious. I also got a Split and Griddled muffin at Bryan's suggestion and loved it. My "You're my Best Friend" drink was also great and the perfect temperature. I look forward to coming again soon!“

Now to the food. Amply portioned, I enjoyed my carne asada tacos. The meat was a little sweet for my liking but, not a turn off. You can pick fresh toppings like onions, cilantro and etc. The pricing was not bad for the portions. I was a bit disappointed that this establishment piece meals their platter. By piece meal I mean, they charge for every element. Tacos, Beans, and Rice. The advertised platter just comes with your Taco...Quesadilla or Burrito. Also while here I ordered the Chips, Salsa and fresh guac. All delicious and made fresh on the premises. Stop in and pay them a visit.“
“I was so excited to see that a new place to get boba opened up! The inside of the shop, though small, is well-decorated, and everything seemed very clean and new. The staff was super friendly and patient as we deliberated what drinks to get and asked questions about different toppings. We finally settled on a brown sugar milk tea with boba pearls and a strawberry milk tea with strawberry popping boba. Both were delicious! The brown sugar milk tea wasn't overly sweet, and the strawberry milk tea had a great strawberry flavor without tasting artificial. I definitely want to visit again soon to try something different!“
“The food did not disappoint. I've heard so much about this place that I could not decide what to order. It came out pretty quickly. I had collard greens, sweet potatoes and akara (fried black eyed peas). My friend said the sweet potatoes tasted "healthy" but isn't that why we eat here? I mean...I would go back again. There's modest decor and the space could use a little brightening but I enjoyed my food so much! I'll be back and I'll recommend to everyone -- not only vegans.“

I wouldn't say it's any different than any other coffee shop.We also got breakfast sandwiches.The bacon gouda was super cheesy, but it was good.The jalapeño biscuit definitely had a kick to it. That was pretty good. Would I go back? Probably not. But I'm glad I tried it.“

It is a fairly large sized bowl for $10 (price at the time of this review) whereas many other places would skimp on the size and charge even more. “This place is a small, woman-owned business that sells fresh juices, smoothies, assorted beverages and snacks, and sandwiches. There is also a cooler display shelf of homemade desserts which looked delicious. I stopped in late one morning for a smoothie and sandwich. The shop is very clean and the vibe is friendly. The woman behind the counter was nice, if not a little shy (totally fine). I wish they opened a little earlier for the sake of breakfast on the weekends. Google says it opens at 9am but it doesn't really open until 11am. It was $5.80 for medium Caribbean smoothie, which was very good and refreshing. You could tell she used fresh ingredients and it was a better price than I've found from other juice/smoothie places in the area. I also ordered a turkey club sandwich, which was decent. I'd say it was one step up from a nice sandwich I might make myself at home. It was a good size, but I wish it had been cut down the middle for easier eating. As mentioned, though fresh and hefty, it was a little plain-- another zing-y condiment like spicy mustard would have knocked this up a notch, but I'm sure you could make a special request. At $7 it may be a dollar overpriced, but for the convenience and good quality ingredients it may be worth it. I plan to go back and try the breakfast sandwiches as well as the cold homemade desserts. I'll also use this place as a go-to for any kind of pre-packaged beverages I want- they have energy drinks, aloe vera water, and so much more. Check out the pics!“

“Delicious chorizo tostadas, and their atoles are especially nice in the colder months. Very authentic small-shop Mexican food, pretty much anything you could ask for (except tacos). The staff are friendly and quick - you can be in and out in 6 minutes.“
“I ordered from their app for delivery today, which goes to DoorDash drivers. The driver didn't bring my wrap, only my drink, and when I chased him out of my store to ask him about it, he was quick to just say I have to call DoorDash, no apologies, nothing. Anyways, I called the store because I ordered from their app, so it wouldn't show on DoorDash for assistance. The young lady I spoke to was really really kind, apologized, tried explaining the interaction with the driver and the employee at cafe, and when I told her I'm at work and have no car which is why I ordered delivery, she went out of her way to have someone bring my wrap to my work. That was very sweet of her and I greatly appreciate it! Everytime DoorDash does one of my deliveries I'm either missing something or something is made wrong etc. I was so angry at the DoorDash driver for not even apologizing or doing something to rectify his mistake - so tropical smoothie cafe on Merritt, you guys are awesome!
