3 stars because they forgot our cookies, which my husband looks forward to like a kid loves cake, and the dismissive customer service was a deterrent. We mobile ordered and while waiting indoors for the order (that took 25 minutes), most of the staff was hard at work, but the prep lead and cashier were not welcoming or engaging. I work in the area so i go here frequently for lunch. I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the guy with longer blonde hair i belive his name Will. Hes always so nice and welcoming and acknowledges me as i walk in. Love this location my sandwiches are always prefect.

Not the best/fastest service, but my subs have always been made correctly and tasted like Jersey Mike's should. I have seen them run out of ingredients or not be able to offer certain things, but there are usually signs indicating so before you get inside. The people are usually friendly at least.
