Ehhhhhh the food, the speed, the service, & always forgetting something on the sub when you pre order. & the price is that high & you have all them mess ups? Nah ill take my service some where else. Way to over priced for the sandwhiches to be messed up all the time.

Not the best/fastest service, but my subs have always been made correctly and tasted like Jersey Mike's should. I have seen them run out of ingredients or not be able to offer certain things, but there are usually signs indicating so before you get inside. The people are usually friendly at least.

We bought 9 subs tonight made sure to put a name on each sub only two of the subs had a name 5 were made on the wrong bread and everyone of them was a sloppy mess and not cut I get that an hour before closing people want to get home but you are still open for an hour and to spend 120 dollars and receive food looking like that is unacceptable this is always our go to place food has never looked like this I'm very disappointed to have not gotten what I ordered

Went to store to order two sandwiches and was told they didn't have bread. I was not offered any other alternative, like a wrap. Then I called and was going to place order online and the person taking order didn't know that they didn't have bread??‍♀️.

3 stars because they forgot our cookies, which my husband looks forward to like a kid loves cake, and the dismissive customer service was a deterrent. We mobile ordered and while waiting indoors for the order (that took 25 minutes), most of the staff was hard at work, but the prep lead and cashier were not welcoming or engaging. The cashier had his back turned like he didn't want to interact with people, the man wrapping called out a number or name, but that was the only interaction attempted during the 20 minutes I was there, other than customers having to come and ask about their orders repetitively. The sandwiches were DELICIOUS. So don't get me wrong, I love the food, just think there is a massive opportunity with customer service. To his credit, the cashier seemed young, so maybe he can be coached more with how to be welcoming and interactive. I wish nothing but the best for them all, just to assist with our experience as customers.

I work in the area so i go here frequently for lunch. I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the guy with longer blonde hair i belive his name Will. Hes always so nice and welcoming and acknowledges me as i walk in. Love this location my sandwiches are always prefect.

Every time I come into this location, their cleanliness is never really that great but today drew the line for me. Y’all have roaches so bad they’re dead in the women’s restroom?! The dirtiness of the bathroom was bad enough, but to see a roach when I looked down was beyond disgusting. I can’t even imagine what the actual kitchen looks like…..

Food was great but customer service and wait time was HORRIBLE. I placed an online order and it said 10 minutes, I waited 25 minutes and what bothered me most is people who walked in and ordered got their food faster than me!! I constantly asked how long and the guy ignored me completely. I will NEVER support this establishment again on customer service alone. My patience was challenged today, I can accept being told they were busy, behind on orders or ANYTHING but just ignoring me is not it. I'll got to Wawa for a subpar sub fromNow on, at least they are friendly and answer me when I ask a question.

Look I’m only posting because I can never get through on the phone. Please have your employees pay better attention to the orders. I don’t like having to wait 45 minutes for a delivery and my sandwich be wrong. Pay too much money for mistakes, sorry but this was a big one.

At least 6 employees and only 3 working. 2 of the guys were standing around laughing and paying no mind. Women's restroom had no TP and we paid our bill before they even put the chicken on the grill. We frequent this place and today was ridiculous!

Got here at 8:40, was told they are closed! They don’t close until 9pm. Grill was shut down and they weren’t taking any orders. That’s very unfortunate!
