This Dunkin did an utterly poor job completing my order. I stopped quickly on my way to an appointment and went through the drive-thru to save time. The munchkins that I ordered were not of the variety that I requested at all, and they were dry and a bit burnt. My hot child tea latte was ice cold and the staff used water instead of milk. I generally love coming to Dunkin and was looking forward to the treat. Instead, I was left with inedible food that I paid for and the inability to return to the restaurant because of the need to quickly get to my appointment.

I don't normally make reviews about things but this was the worst service, I ordered a breakfast sandwich, two donuts and an iced coffee off of Doordash. They sent me an iced coffee and no straw and forgot the donuts and then when I took a bite of the breakfast sandwich a long strand of hair came out with it and I almost puked. Won't ever order from here again
10/09/2022Once again this place is the WORST! There isn't enough time in the day or enough deacriptive words to say how bad this place is!I go in today as a party of 3, our combined total of $36.00 which included 5, drinks, 1 sandwich, 2 bagels, 1 donut, 2 hash browns.When we walk in, there were no other customers in line a head of us, nor were there any customers waiting for their orders to be made.We grabbed a table and all of us engaged in conversation. After about 10 minutes someone questioned where's the food??? By this time there are now 3 other orders behind us also waiting. As a daily frequent customer to this location, I am familiar with the manager (who was THERE) as well as the 4 food preparers who were also there... After about 17... 18 minutes of still not getting our order, I stood with my receipt in hand so all could see I was waiting... Completely frustrated because looking into the kitchen seeing all 4 food preparers laughing, giggling l, playing around with NO CARE at all that not only was I waiting for my food, but now 6 other customers waiting for theirs... Finally after 20 full minutes pass does the manager decided to go to the kitchen to figured out why the ENTIRE inside is PACKED full of people.It was finally at the 23rd minute after my order was placed did my order number get called.I go up to get it bring it back to the table only for another person in my group to just throw her hands up with complete dismay and frustration when she opened her sandwich to find it was wrong!!!Edgewater DD, congratulations, you have just surpassed my 35 year hatred of Wendy's (people, THAT should tell you how bad this DD is)!!!

Went to this Dunkin before an appointment in Baltimore and the time spent in line made it so we couldn't stop elsewhere. I ordered a maple bacon croissant sandwich, and only got a bag of bacon. Ordered a frozen hot chocolate and received a hot chocolate.I'm sure these workers are dealing with a lot, a few months ago I worked at another Dunkin. Nothing against the workers.
