Music is to loud inside. The cashier can't hear the customer placing an order, customers can't hold a conversation while sitting at a table. Counters and tables are dirty while employees have time to stand around. Despite multiple signs on the door and on the electronic menu board, I was told that this location no longer carriers the Salted Caramel iced latte. Maybe they don't, or maybe the cashier didn't hear my order correctly.
Went to this Dunkin before an appointment in Baltimore and the time spent in line made it so we couldn't stop elsewhere. I ordered a maple bacon croissant sandwich, and only got a bag of bacon. Ordered a frozen hot chocolate and received a hot chocolate.I'm sure these workers are dealing with a lot, a few months ago I worked at another Dunkin. Nothing against the workers.
