One of the toppings on half of our tuna 12-inch sub tasted rancid. Turns out the person who ate a portion of that side around 7 pm today violently threw up two hours later. These things can happen but I am giving one star based on the manager Rajine's (sp?) response and expressing zero concern for my sick relative. He should not own a food business because customer health and service should be first priority.

I do like subway food but some of the employees barely speak English. I have a hearing problem (not their fault) and couldn't communicate with them. I won't go back...

I've never had a bad experience here, the people are pleasant, the food is always made correct and with good portions. Not much else to say, it's a subway.

Ordered online and everything looked normal. Credit card was accepted and was given a pickup time. Went to get sandwiches and staff said there was no record of the order because the manager disabled the online ordering. What!? How crappy is that? I am completely beside myself and I will NEVER go to another Subway again. Plenty of other sandwich shops out there. Now have to continually check my CC account to see if I get a refund. So screwed up!! And yes, I went to a local mom and pop to get the sandwiches.

Ate tuna sub at 630pm, by 830pm my stomach was burning and it was coming out like lava! Obviously seriously unsanitary!!! ??????

The girls working on Tuesday night were so charming and nice. I came in unknowingly right before close and they made me exactly what I wanted and I was so thankful as well as starving! I really appreciate the kind customer service and the amazing gesture of making me my food before you closed. Will visit here many more times!

The credit card machine constantly goes down, so they take cash only. I complained about that today, then went to my car and ordered online. The app said my sandwich would be ready in 20 minutes. I went back in the store 10 minutes later & my sandwich was on the shelf. Bread was dry, sandwich was smashed down, ingredients falling out. Very salty and I didn’t ask for salt. I’m done with subway. Last time I used the app they made the wrong sandwich. The renovations look nice but the food & the service were much better before.
