Great small ice cream store not far from an entrance to Aberdeen Proving Ground. I liked my large single serving of ube ice cream on a sugar cone. Ate on a couple of tables outside. My hands got kind of sticky, so I had to cross the road to the library to wash them. They also had tubs of ice cream to go.
