Been here several times, most of times service was great, and drinks were tasty. However there were times our drinks didn’t come out as it supposed to be, and customer service were lacking.It really depends on who’s working that day . I love Bengong's Tea for its extensive menu, especially the mango pomelo sago--it's incredibly refreshing and tasty. The spacious interior always provides ample seating. While I haven't tried the food, it looks promising. Unfortunately, I've encountered occasional rudeness from some staff, which can be a downside. Overall, a great spot with room for improvement in customer service.
