I downloaded the app bc their self service kiosk had an ad that said 30% off first order. ? The app was easy to use and you get a free drink after ordering 6, so that's a plus!I got a ? ?-Milk Slush for me and a Matcha Boba Milk ? for my teen and we both loved our drinks! They came out SUPER quick after ordering via the app (both visits there), which was another plus, since parking in the plaza was awful.Parking: Parking was a PitA in the plaza both times (and one other time I ended up not getting anything bc I couldn't find parking)... There's an order pickup spot by the front door which is nice, to run in / out quickly!

Is it a cafe or a resturant? Who knows… half the tables are reserved. Got kicked out for wanting to stay to drink bubble tea because it’s a boba shop right? Nope it’s also a resturant. They should really focus on one thing instead of having two bad things. I just don’t get it lol. When this place first opened it was great. What happened…? They act like they are the only boba shop in the area. I won’t even bother coming here again.

I bought three cups of white peach oolong, one cup of lactic acid bacteria, and three cups of white peach oolong. They were all sour. The little sister’s attitude was not very good because I asked her to help me remove the cream and not seal the film with the lid. Then the little sister said that the hot cup would not work. It can be sealed (I’m not sure about this. Because the lady over there who can seal it told me that the white peach oolong milk tea has this taste, and the white peach is sour. I can’t accept this argument. We are regular customers of Bengong’s tea, Not just after drinking from this restaurant. White Peach Oolong Milk Tea is our regular order, and it is really impossible to order milk tea from this restaurant again. Ridiculous

Been here several times, most of times service was great, and drinks were tasty. However there were times our drinks didn’t come out as it supposed to be, and customer service were lacking.It really depends on who’s working that day . Fortunately, most of the time this place is decent.the self service order machine is fairly convenient, but couple of times one of the two machines was broken, when this happens the line can be long.Our overall experience with ben gong is thumbs up & do recommend.
I love Bengong's Tea for its extensive menu, especially the mango pomelo sago--it's incredibly refreshing and tasty. The spacious interior always provides ample seating. While I haven't tried the food, it looks promising. Unfortunately, I've encountered occasional rudeness from some staff, which can be a downside. Overall, a great spot with room for improvement in customer service.

Tiramisu black milk tea with 50% sweetness and less ice is what you need in life! Just a fair warning for those who are lactose intolerant: pop a lactose enzyme tablet beforehand or avoid it at all costs if your stomach is sensitive to dairy. Customer service has been quick and efficient, and you must pay close attention to your order number when the staff calls out your order. The ambiance of this establishment is casual, and you can catch up with friends over bubble tea. I recommend this spot for bubble tea in EC.

It's a delicious drink, but I do not consider this a tea. I can't taste any of the tea, so next time I'll request less sugar.The menu is so extensive I know I'll be back to try something new. Service:No in-person contact. They have 3 kiosks, and cash is not accepted. Service is simply okay... but not good. Normally someone will call out your order number when your beverage is ready, that doesn't happen here. So keep your eye out for your order.
